Dixson Delights catered our staff holiday event for approximately 150 people. They did a great job and the food was good! The food was delivered on time and they provided the food trays to keep the food warm. The menu was plentiful...fried chicken, jerk chicken, salmon, ribs, links, Mac and cheese, potatoes, green beans, seafood lasagna, Brussels sprouts and the list goes on. The staff enjoyed the variety of dishes. There were plenty of leftovers. The desserts were a big win as well...peach cobbler, banana pudding and brownies. Delicious! Great customer service. I would recommend this business to others.

OMGoodness!This is the best soul food caterer of Northern Cali.A few days ago, I had the pleasure of meeting real men who were professional, humble, kind and patient in serving for a Repast for a dear beloved loved one by many.There were various food items to chose and the portions were satisfactorily.Not only were there various food items, there were different ways food items were prepared.The herbs and spices used were perfect for me. The textures and mixtures of ingredients were tasteful and delicious.The various meats were cooked to perfection and seasoned righteous on every tender bite.When people normally talk and eat, well, we were quite while eating; lol!The gumbo! OMGawd!If you are tired of cooking for your family gatherings and just want to sit and chat with everyone else instead of worrying about how much food is available, the temperature of the food or having the amount of patience in trying to cater to everyone, let “Dixon Delight” take the pressure of being tired, exhausted and sleepy from the days prior, cater you and your beautiful and loving family.I promise, you will be well pleased.Let the men sweep you off your feet!U deserve it!

Dixson Delights never ever disappoints! I've enjoyed their catered meals for a long time and will always recommend their services. They have an awesome variety to choose from, excellent service and everything, I mean everything tastes so delicious! The owner is so kind and his staff are excellent professionals! You must have them cater for you but make sure you contact them in advance because they are high demand!

These folks are flat out fabulous! Prompt, professional and the food is amazing. They have catered events that I attended in Sacramento (dinner) and Antioch ( lunch/brunch) and they are a delight. I can't say enough about the delicious food and the incredible portions. The meat is smoked to perfection and they send you home with to go boxes!!!

I recently went to a memorial service for a long time Pittsburg resident and community leader. The repast was catered by Dixson Delights. Everything was excellent and the servers were soooo kind and helpful. There were many people there who were well over "senior" age. The servers were especially attuned to their needs and wants.

Man oh man! These men not only came in fine but them dishes were hot too! Hahaa! They just catered my uncle Paul's celebration of life and I wish I had 3 plates but I got a little bit of everything & everything was fire! Definitely could be our new soul food catering place for our events. Meats on hit. Sides on point. Desserts didn't disappoint at all. Did not miss the mark with what they whippin up! Oh also they had catered this event all the way to SF so everybody book I'm sure they can service you wherever u are! Thanks guys! Pls advertise if y'all do pop ups!

Had the opportunity to try their food at a friends 60th birthday celebration over the weekend. Everything was excellent. The menu consist of BBQ RiBbs, chicken, links, fried chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs, potatoes salad, mix veggies, dressing, Mac and cheese, corn on the cob, green salad, Peach cobbler, banana pudding and fruit salad. I will be reaching out to them for my family event in September.

I went to a birthday party Dixson's catered and everything was real deal delicious. Here's the menu: Macaroni, potato and ceasar salads, rolls, fried and baked chicken. Tender and tasty baked salmon over rice, delish turkey wings and dressing, BBQ: ribs, links, chicken and brisket, mac n cheese, greens and string beans with down home peach cobbler and banana pudding! It all looked, smelled and tasted delicious! The guys who served were all very polite and professional. I didnt get pics of the food cuz I was gettin my plate filled. Thank you Dixson's, I would def use your services if I had an event.

My first experience with Chef Tracy was summer of 2021 at an outside wedding reception. The food was exceptional! I reached out to Chef Tracy in hopes he'd be willing to offer catering services for my dad's homegoing celebration. A suggested menu was offered and I gladly accepted it. Chef Tracy and his team exceeded my expectations. Chef, thank you for taking the time to offer condolences to my mom, laugh with my family, and graciously accept the many compliments from our guests on how amazing your food is.
