This morning I ordered a green apple smoothie and it was yum yum good. I highly recommend it to all. Service was quick and friendly.
I ordered ahead through the app and was told my drink would be ready at 4:45. I didn’t actually receive it until 6:00. During that time, I stood outside in the cold with many other customers waiting, with little communication about what was really going on.
Management seriously needs to consider proper staffing during busy times, and staff should be giving realistic wait times. Had I known the wait would be over an hour, I would have canceled my order. Ordering ahead should save time, not create a longer and more frustrating experience.
