I hate to hate on this place, but a few days ago I ordered spaghetti and meatballs, caprese salad and tiramisu. I swear the spaghetti was actually a soft pink, no flavor whatsoever, not even the meatballs. And while the tiramisu was pretty with berries added, it wasn’t good. The only good about the $50 I spent was the caprese salad, and I must note, caprese includes fresh basil, and this had a couple of shreds of basil only. For about $14. So sad, definitely not at all worth what I paid.I had intended to come back the next day, for lamb shank. But after screwing up spaghetti, I decided to spend my hard earned money elsewhere. I mean, how do you screw up spaghetti?! It was absolutely flavorless. And the manager assured me everything was fresh made, not frozen, and I swear it tasted and looked someone watered down any taste the spaghetti ever had. So disappointed ☹️

Cool. Little spot. It's really clean and the food is made to order. We will be coming back to taste other dishes. 10/10

Such a warm and welcoming establishment. We were promptly seated and the service was professional, informative and frequent. Our food was fantastic. We enjoyed the garlic bread, minestrone soup, pork chop carbonara and the chicken parm. We will definitely be back!

$$ This place has some great dishes for. The pork chop is the best in town. And the Ceviche is amazing. The waiter is funny and attentive and loves to try to sell you Tequila ?. One of my favorite places.

By far one of the best locations I've visited in the Bay Area. This is a true hidden treasure! The food was delicious and full of flavor, the amounts were ideal. The waitstaff was also very polite and attentive. After we complimented the cuisine, the chef came out and personally greeted us. Will definitely return here when I return to the Bay Area!!

My husband and I ordered dinner for our family from this place tonight, taking a chance on something new, and I'm so happy that we did. The website was impressive and easy to use and we were excited as everything looked delicious. When we arrived, you could smell the the delicious food from outside. We weren't sure what to expect, but as soon as we walked in, we were blown away. The dining room was beautiful and elegant, and I was so dissapointed we hadn't dressed up and come in for date night because this place had perfect ambiance. The food was hot and ready on time, and the staff were friendly and professional. The dinner was warm and fresh when we brought it home and absolutely amazing! The portions were good sized, everything was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The rib eye was perfect, and now my husband's new favorite. Every dish had very fresh ingredients and the chef is clearly top notch. We had the salmon, rib eye, spaghetti, lasagna, and garlic bread and there wasn't a crumb left! This restaurant is truly a hidden gem and I am so excited to have found my new favorite restaurant so close to home! 5 stars! Highly recommended! Bravo!

I have heard a few different versions but there is something about the chef training under a Michelin Star Chef or at a Michelin Star Restaurant.Either way, it shows, the food is top notch. The staff is friendly. Their wine list could use a bit of a tune up, but we had a delicious Chianti!I thuroughly enjoyed my experience at El Camaron Italiano, I will be back!

I have been to this spot for every type of food it has served. This by far was the best. The services, Carlos is absolutely adorable, cute and genuine. The food was awesome, the chicken was juicy and not dry, the bread was awesome and the calamari was delicious and not frozen!!! The potato wine was delicious, Carlos. ?

The food was delicious! Fresh ingredients all around and homemade bread with very delicious dip. The crab cake with salad appetizer was great and easily split for two. The grilled salmon was done to perfection, moist and tender (highly recommended). Sides of mashed potatoes and veggies just right. Carlos’s service was wonderful: higher than 5 star. The relaxing atmosphere and lovely decor helped us prepare for the rest of our drive home. We’re looking forward to returning for another amazing meal!

Dietary restrictions: They accommodated my (temporary) food restrictions very well.

I ordered take out. Spaghetti, no meat sauce. I'm a vegetarian. There was a genuine effort to give me more than basic Spaghetti. They went out of their way to put vegetables in it. Didn't really want that. But it was an honest attempt to give me more and I appreciate the effort!I went there because I live close and am looking for a good Italian place. I read the reviews. Figured let's try.#1 The sauce was good. Obviously made in house. So the reviews on sauce are accurate.#2 The roles they included were excellent! Reviews on that were also accurate.#3 Service-kind gentleman at front counter showed excellent courtesy. All 3 of these made another meal there easily possible in the future! The only concern-portion was a hair small/per dollar. And that is why I gave the food 4 stars. They obviously tried to make the value of my order greater by adding vegetables to my order. So it's not like they were being cheap! I'm going to chalk this up to small restaurant support required.Overall 2 thumbs up??
