The wife & I ordered 3 quesabirria tacos to share, as well as a super nachos (carnitas). The quesabirria tacos & consume were pretty good. However, the nachos had an issue. I like that, when it comes to their nachos all the toppings are out in separate containers, as to keep them as fresh as possible. The only thing that's alreadybwith the chips for the nachos is the cheese. With that being said, after I opened the container that had the nachos, I noticed a hair that was stuck in the cheese. Yuck!! Total appetite/mood killer! No thanks. Never again. Service was good, prices are decent, but I can't do the whole hair on the food thing and ever go back.

I'd heard of this place before and during the 4th of July celebrations I finally saw where it was located. I decided to try it for a late morning breakfast after a good 2 hour hike and man it didn't disappoint! The place is very clean and welcoming. The service was on point and of course the food and fresh agua was delicious. I had to try their quesabirria and consume, plus I had their carnitas burrito bowl and a cup of agua de Guava. Definitely coming back.

The food portion wise is good. But, this is the second time I've gotten nachos that we're cold. I mean cold, meat, beans not warm at all. Hopefully, I won't get ill. Don't think I'll eat there anymore. The price went up too, $15.

Carne Asada Taco. Tortilla, carne asada, onion, cilantro. Your basic taqueria taco. Good flavor, came out warm. Need more cilantro. The chips were made there. Very crunchy. They have a few different salsas that tasted fresh.Restaurant was very clean. Customer was excellent

The food is always good here. Quesabirrias, asada fries, tacos de asada and the agua de piña are my go tos. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The recently had tamales de elote and my son loved them!

I eat tacos about 5 days a week, lol. Guadelajara is one of the top 5 in Antioch in regards to service, quality and cleanliness. I judge tacos by tortilla, asada quality, and hot sauce. Tortillas are not hand made, but meat is a decent quality and the salsa is adequate. Their establishment is one of the cleanest around. Great

I ordered 2 quesabirrias w/ beef & dip and they were the best I've had in a long time!! The meat, cheese, cilantro, onions, lime, dip= perfection! Also ordered a Jamaica drink and it did not disappoint. Flavorful and quenched my thirst. Service was great as well! The taquweia was also decorated very nicely with a touch of Christmas decor. So cute I haven't been here in a while, but I'll definitely go more often. Delicioso!!

I bought a Super burrito with steak meat. The lady was very attentive, the location was very nice. I would have liked to give them more stars and maybe this review will help them get better. The steak meat I felt was missing flavor just very bland. The rice was great the beans ok. I noticed the the burrito contained a lot of rice and very little meat. Hopefully they can read my review and add some more flavor to the meat, lemon or steak seasoning something to get the taste worth the $12.00 they charge. Not trying to be rude. I will hopefully try them in the future to see if they improved.

Food great however they truly treat the customers different that aren't of Hispanic decent. Every time myself and others I send here come it's the same experience. I wouldn't "not" recommend however they need to work on their customer service just because some one is black or white doesn't mean they don't deserve outstanding service.‍

With less than 24-hours before my flight back to the east coast I was hard pressed to find a Mexican restaurant in Antioch (on a Sunday evening) that served quality burritos like I'd find in my hometown of San Francisco. I knew the mission - bring back burritos from Cali for the wife and kids. I was visiting the parents in Antioch and there was NO way I was gonna drive to the City just for a burrito. After 30 minutes of frantically searching Mexican restaurants in Antioch/Pittsburg and looking through too many reviews to count, I kept going back to Guadalajara Taqueria. I took the gamble and called in an order for 3 burritos - 1 carne asada, 1 chicken, and 1 shrimp, with everything except sour cream (it goes bad after a while if it's not stored at the right temperature). After 15 minutes, I picked up my order and when the young lady at the counter put my burritos in the bag - I noticed THEY WERE HUGE :). I was tempted to eat my burrito right away, but I resisted and put them in the fridge to prime them for our 7am flight. When I arrived back to the east coast, the fam was pleasantly surprised with the 3 treasures I brought back from Cali. That night, we warmed up our treats and feasted like kings. These burritos were EPIC! They were wrapped with tender care, the flavor was on point, the meat was seasoned just right and this was hands down the best burrito I've ever had in Antioch. Now I know when I visit the fam, I won't have to trek to the City anymore because I know I can get a quality burrito in Antioch. Guadalajara Taqueria IS LEGIT! Can't wait to come back and explore more items on the menu
