This jack-in-the-Box is the worst. I’ve been in this Jack-in-the-Box several times for lunch. My fries are always cold. One time I came in here to get my drink and it was salsa water. My fries are always cold. I come in the morning for lunch. My burger is old the meat taste like it fresh but the bread taste like it’s old. The service is horrible. They never can understand what you’re saying at the on intercom. They repeat your order 50 times because they don’t understand English, but I don’t even care about that part it’s just that the food is horrible. I never leave reviews, but I’m leaving one for this Jack-in-the-Box. The food sucks.

I regularly get missing items. Make sure to check your bag before you leave! They also ignore you if you walk in the lobby. Waited 4 mins for an order, empty lobby , simply ignored, 7 minutes done - online order - cold food. My last time in I ordered the 6 tacos and they didnt even give any sauce. Im bout done with this place.

I went at like 9 pm after basketball practice. the staff was hecka nice and super fast with my food. typically places take longer at night, but they were super fast. 10/10 would recommend

I dislike morning customer service . 3 days ago i went inside so i can use the restroom (before placing my order) the guy in there was a lil rude questioning me if i was a customer n im buyin he will open the door but if not i cant do nothin for you HE SAID😑I did bought tacos ,coffee n egg rolls food was good. Exept this plsce in specific the treatmen is everythin BUT NICE🫤 even i asked for sauces the lady said only 1 per meal😒 seriiously! Not satisfy but annoyed at this place staff. Yes area sucks but they dont have to be so HOSTILE with everybody that walks in🤷 VERYYY RUDE! IM A USUAL BUT I USE DRIVE TRU OR JUST LET MY DAUGHTER GO IN . IM LOCAL ALWAYS USING JACK IN THE BOX.

The phone just rings then you get hung up on, I'm trying to call to check on my application or see if they're even still hiring, and whoever works the phone isn't even paying attention to it.

Not much to say, it's a jack in the box - though the tacos here exceeded any of the prior ones I've had from other jack in the boxes, amazing quality even when I got home, lettuce was fresh, ect
Would reccomend if you want a great 2 taco lunch (that's what I got)
