Why is it after having a bad experience at the A Street location, we choose to go to your location because we never had an issue but now, for the past 5 times that I visited your location, you want a short me on items…..I always give you a chance but nope, I have to come back waiting in your line to get the items I’ve already paid for. How about do better.

Went through the drive-thru. This food is laced with so many chemicals The large chicken strips, and the sausage egg croissant made my heart rate go through the roof 118. I won't be going back to that chemical alley to get any food.

Went through the drive-through this morning asked for a chicken sandwich with no mayonnaise. I get Home. Both of them have mayonnaise but no lettuce. They are so disgusting. Service is horrible how greasy that looks Just disgusting I hate this Jack-in-the-Box

This location has one of the rudest people I have ever met. I ordered food to go and asked for no meat. After getting home my food had meat. I returned and asked for a refund. The employee refused to give me the receipt. They refused to let me look at the receipt. I protested and the employee swore at me. I will never go to this jack in the box again.

One of the workers here was SUPER rude to my dad and I in the drive thru- we pulled up around 10:40 and sat in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes. We kept saying hello are you there and no response finally we pull up to the window and ask to place the order there and the girl being SUPER rude and passive aggressive saying well idk we didn’t hear you and we thought we saw a car that just passed through we thought it was door dash. And we said we kept saying hello but can you take our order here? And again answering in a rude passive way saying I GUESS we can take your order- and just kept cutting my dad off and walked away and left the other guy here to deal with it. I could hear her talking a bit in Spanish and I know she was saying something that you DEFINITELY shouldn’t be saying at work about a customer.

They need an "accountant" at the drive-thru cuz apparently the personnel there that operate it doesn't seem to be able to keep track of orders. This is the 4th time that I have 1-3 missing/incorrect items. Pen is a wonderous thing, people! It can be used to cross out items on an order list when completed and put in a bag. I mean how hard is that to do! And no, I can't check the bags at the window cuz I always have a huge order so I'm given 4-6 bags at once. I don't want to hold up the line checking all the bags and keep people waiting on their food. And mobile orders aren't any better either. Should've spent the extra 7 mins and drove to Oakley instead. They've never messed up any of my orders before.

Worst service ever , drive thru computer is down and waited an hour just for the guy to come to the window to take our order and have an attitude for us knocking on the window because no one came to take our order , sat here watching a girl sit down in the back on “break” while we waited an hour

My Jumbo Jack was very poorly made. It was sloopy and it wasn't what I order plus didn't have any tomato on it. The guy working at the window has no customer service skills none.
