They need an "accountant" at the drive-thru cuz apparently the personnel there that operate it doesn't seem to be able to keep track of orders. This is the 4th time that I have 1-3 missing/incorrect items. Pen is a wonderous thing, people! It can be used to cross out items on an order list when completed and put in a bag. I mean how hard is that to do! And no, I can't check the bags at the window cuz I always have a huge order so I'm given 4-6 bags at once. I don't want to hold up the line checking all the bags and keep people waiting on their food. And mobile orders aren't any better either. Should've spent the extra 7 mins and drove to Oakley instead. They've never messed up any of my orders before.

Worst service ever , drive thru computer is down and waited an hour just for the guy to come to the window to take our order and have an attitude for us knocking on the window because no one came to take our order , sat here watching a girl sit down in the back on “break” while we waited an hour

My Jumbo Jack was very poorly made. It was sloopy and it wasn't what I order plus didn't have any tomato on it. The guy working at the window has no customer service skills none.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. My husband ordered from the app for this location. We went threw the drive through to pick it up. No answer at the box, so we went up to the windows and the person working rudely said "what do you want?". We get the food in the car and notice, I got the wrong size soda. I ordered a medium and they gave me a small. They didn't even put my curly fries in a sleeve, they just dumped them straight in the bag. I will either go to the one on A street, or further up on lone tree way. This is a reoccurring issue with them being rude and I am done.

Several times we have pulled up to the drive-thru at 545am and nobody helped us. Lights are on but nobody in sight. We called and they did answer the phone but could offer no explanation. This has happened more than twice.

First of all when me and my granddaughter walked in I noticed that the place was extremely clean I also asked the manager can I use the bathroom she was very accommodating. Our food came out nice and hot and fresh she asked me how everything was when I got done eating.. I would recommend this Jack in the box...

What can I say it's fast food. It is made to order, so that's a plus. The coffee I ordered was Luke warm and seems like it's been sitting around for hours. I couldn't go back, so I threw it out.
