I used the app to order it was easy and I got to the window to pick it up as they were filling my drink and another was adding my napkins and sauces to the bag everything was hot and fresh!!

What a waste of time and money... My cheesecake was frozen rock solid but packed with the hot food so my hot food got cold. The fries were burnt cold and the sandwich looks like it was out together by someone trying to do it sloppy, and it was cold.

This is legit the best and freshest jack in the box in all of Antioch, it can be busier than the others but it's worth it trust me, this locations food quality and presentation is the best, over the by contra Loma, over the ones in Pittsburg, jack in the box lone tree is thee best one. Trust.

Missing 2 burgers and 2 packs of the donut holes in my pick up order, didn't have the shake I ordered and was given a soda instead even though shakes cost more and no one is answering the phone while I'm missing food I paid for…..
I wanted to get something to eat after work so I ordered an egg roll and the southwest salad meal I went in on a drive-through and the guy told me that they had run out of sweet-and-sour. I said that’s fine when I had left I realized that they had forgotten the fries so I said let me run inside and just tell them that they had forgotten the fries, I noticed the sweet sour in the tub next to him so I asked him can I get those sweet-and-sour cause I was told that you guys ran out of some he was nice and said yes when I got home to open my salad, all I saw was lettuce and two chicken strips on top with a little bit of cheese nothing else no tomatoes no corn no nothing I felt so disrespected and even the lettuce was thrown in was less than a handful and most of it had gone bad. Restaurant, this is someone saying they do not care how we eat our meals
