Is this even a real Jamba Juice?? I wish juice it up was around because we got two drinks and both were fails.. one straight up had spoiled fruit and smelled like fish!! Disgusting and not even edible. The second drink had zero orange flavor somehow it’s an orange drink? Are these even real recipes from Jamba? I feel like this location has terrible management and it’s just not clean. I wouldn’t even feed my dog from here tbh they took over ten minutes to make a drink when there was only one other customer.. waste of time and money go get a drink from the grocery store you’ll save $20 on an overpriced disgusting drink that smells like fish

I don't normally leave reviews, but I just had to leave one for Mykalah. It was my first time trying this place out, so I wasn't all that familiar with the menu. She was patient in explaining the choices and had such a wonderful attitude about it that made the atmosphere just so much better. Masterclass in service really and definitely made my experience in trying out new things worth it!

Went here for my first time, I wasn’t familiar with the menu, however Ariel was super helpful in finding a drink for me, I ended up getting a refreshing Strawberry Surf Rider, and a Peanut Butter Moo’d with a scoop of whey protein because I just got outta the gym. Atmosphere was cool wish there was a better song selection! Overall great help and experience!

Avoid going to this location if you care about a pleasant experience. Ariel was very rude when I asked a simple question. The staff lacks in customer service and the juices never taste the same. I dislike writing these negative reviews but I imagine how disheartening my experience would have been for someone else and want to spare them the drive. The Concord / Brentwood location are much more friendly and welcoming.

I’d love to see this location take more precautions on their delivery orders. Making sure everything is sealed including the bag with all the items. You never know what people’s intentions can be so pls follow the delivery

How many rings does it take to get through for this location? I’ve been calling for the 10th attempt to try to get ahold of someone but no one picks up the phone. They just let it ring and ring. Absolutely poor service.

The whole store was a mess. The floor was dirty and trash everywhere. There was 3-4 workers there and none of them were cleaning anything. They were all goofying off having a side conversation with a non-worker while everyone was waiting on their order to be made. The service was rude and mock me when I had ask a simple question.
