Went home and opened my sandwich and there was a long piece of hair on the cheese and chicken. Disgusting!! Never coming back again to this location!

Order online to make it easier. I went to pick my order, they handed it to me and I left. I get home after a 5 minute drive and notice half of my chicken order is missing. I called and the representative said it was all packed on his side and told me to go back and I could get my missing 6 PCs of tenders. I asked for additional piece since now I'm wasting gas now and the guy just said " nah, it doesn't matter since I showed it was all packed"...very horrible customer service. Never again!! You can get better chicken at Krispy Chicken at the gas stations

That Antioch location is much better than the one in Pittsburgh. It's cleaner, more spacious, and the lady at the register is very kind, patient, and courteous. I don't speak English, and she didn't speak Spanish, but her patience and kindness made for a pleasant experience.

I went to the this restaurant, drive-thru on a tuesday, ordered the 8 piece for $10, I didnt pay attention like I normally do of receiving my receipt and he did not specify the amount at the speaker but did ask meal or just chicken, i said just chicken, got my food and left, the next morning i checked my bank account and saw that i was charged $26.99, i disputed the transaction on a partial amount with my bank. I called before they opened andva guy answered, i told him that I was over-charged, I ordered the 8 piece, he told me "we no longer have that special", I told him yes they do and he hung up in my face, well, I dont live in the area so of course I wont be going back there, Im also contacting corporate and my google review will be posted, they should realize, without customers, your business will not survive, especially in the economical state thst were in, it will become another boarded up sad situation.

Placed a huge order today with them. Called 30 minutes before my order pick up time. staff answer the phone politely and promptly and explained that the chicken was made fresh and was going to be out in about 10 minutes and if I would like to come in 10 minutes before my expected time that they would have everything ready when we arrived. Our stuff was packed and ready to go. Everything was steaming hot out of the bags. We were very impressed. The staff was very kind and friendly and wished my husband a happy birthday at the window. When we arrived at home, everything was there our order was complete and everything tasted great ,nice and hot very impressed with the service great team over at Hillcrest. Thank you for a great service.
