Experience was pretty bad. Made an Internet order and got there before it was ready, purposely. The initial guy that was helping me and others was great. He was personable, talkative pleasant and attentive. Unfortunately he has to take a break, but on his way out he made sure he came to me to update me on my order. It was almost another 30 mins before I got my food. At one point I was the only person in the restaurant and no one said anything.
Early on I heard the workers calling out different items in my order, making sure they were being prepared. Eventually I noticed no one had been moving around for maybe 10 minutes the way they were before. I went up to then to ask if my order was ready, and the woman at the counter just said yeah it's right here. I looked into the bag and every cardboard container was soggy from condensation and the items weren't even hot anymore.
I already am not a fan of KFC. I might eat it once a year, maybe. I wanted something quick for my granddaughter, who eventually fell asleep before I got back home. My order said it should be ready at 6:32. I didn't get my food until 7:20. I definitely won't be coming back to this particular restaurant. I really don't see a reason to even go back to KFC in general.

Team leader Ash was excellent he did an amazing job.When I had gotten the wrong order. He contacted to me that it would be a wait since the fryers were down.But still took care of me after hours. I really appreciate his hard work and diligence. Keep up the good work.

I definitely have to change my reviews on this Hillcrest KFC! This place is absolutely amazing, great I'm impressed with the improvements. I recommend stop by and enjoy some KFC, the way it use to be!🥰
