Horrible review if there was a way that I could give them no stars I would I’ve lived in Antioch for quite some times and I have come to this gas station a few times. There was some ladies that were here running this establishment and I don’t know what happened to them but they were so sweet and everything was really great especially when it comes to the crispy crunchy chicken. However, now they have these gentlemen here who are very rude. I must say it takes a lot for me to leave a review like this because I am very understanding of customer service, and how much it takes to put in to helping individuals. With that being said, they are horrible at their customer service when it comes to having the crispy crunchy chicken menu there they tell you one thing and then when it comes down to actually getting your order, it’s another thing I’ve gotten here on several occasions and this is been this instance I am not OK with someone telling me one thing and the next thing I know instead of me getting my order right away I am being told that I have to wait 20 minutes for an order of chicken that I was just told they only had six pieces you tell me you only have six pieces and I say OK but I’ll just take those and then when I’m waiting for you to ring me up I’m being told by another cashier that I have to wait 20 minutes for you to fry fresh chicken that is rude and inconsistent And I will not be coming back here again

Chicken at Shell gas station is so good & most good things is every time fresh available here or even they make fresh for you if you wait .
Krispy Crunchy is always fairly good. It's better than the chicken from KY these days.And, as soon as the young man tending the counter today gets more confidence in serving the chicken or gains a better attitude about serving chicken, I'm sure the two stars given will increase to more. (It's easy. The customer orders the chicken. You smile, agree with the customers order, put the requested chicken and anything else requested into a container, hand it to the customer, smile again, and thank the customer for coming.) However, Circle K will always be just that. And two stars is about all a small store like that should expect. It wasn't dirty. Just very small.

We had heard about Krispy Krunchy on Google. Weird that it's inside a gas station, but this is great chicken! We ordered the 8-piece dark box. The chicken is perfectly crispy and moist. Flavor is similar to Popeyes, but a little less cajun, but with lots of flavor. Better tasting that Popeye's IMHO!

Drove by this gas station for seven years wondering what it was. Saw it advertised at a Mexican Restaurant off the freeway and other places also. Finally my curiousity overcame me. Read a positive review so checked it out. 2 pieces of chicken and a small biscuit $4.99. Chicken was good and biscuit a little overcooked. Will be OK for a quick bite.
