Employees don’t know their head from their bottom it’s also a Easter egg hunt for napkins seating is not comfortable
The new ordering system is unacceptable. Every customer (including me) was confused on how it worked. The manager was nice enough to train them on how to use it (since he said he’s not allowed to take orders). I don’t want to use it and I shouldn’t have to. Customers have a choice of where to eat. McDonalds is forcing them to do the work they no longer want to do. If I HAVE to eat there, I’ll go through drive-thru where you still take the customers order (for now). At...read full review
