Literally the absolute worst McDonalds you could go to, seriously. Save yourself the headache ache. I am constantly having issues here, always missing items. Even tried DoorDash and they STILL missed both of my happy meals. Got more than half of my order wrong, like who is in charge? I’ve worked fast food and this place is a joke. The only thing right on my order was the drinks. They even had the audacity to say it wasn’t on them every though the tamper seal wasn’t broken prior to me getting my food. My husband went to the restaurant in person and was met with the very lovely manager who loves to hand out attitude like it’s her job. Said the missing items weren’t on them, they even tried blaming my dasher who was kind enough to try and go back for my items. This place is not worth the time or effort

Cashiers don't want to help in the lobby. There is only one person only doing the lobby. As a group of workers cashiers, they should help each other. I stood in line because I only have cash, took 20 minutes to just pay when already did my own order in the Keon. I am not coming here anymore if they can't work as a team. And I am a regular so they lost me and my sister that goes regularly as well. Eating healthier is better either way.

Ordered food on the machine and went to counter to get the restroom code. I have stood there for 5 minutes, people saw me was there but no one asked me what I need. They pretend I didn’t exist. When someone just came in for the restroom code, they gave it to him immediately. Very unprofessional and unfair.

Most of the employees like to pretend you don't exist, and everyone is afraid to go to the register. I understand that it is busy, but ignoring the line of people waiting at the front counter doesn't help. At least they pretend to smile.
Also, orders that are ready just sit there, and you have to interrupt what they are doing to get them to bring it to you, or else they will leave it there.
A handful of employees are great, but most don't even bother greeting, asking if you have been helped, etc. You get to know which employees dont engage with customers, I can point a few that have never said a word to me, and I come here multiple times a week throughout the year.
Night crew is forced to service through the drive thru, and they are always amazing.
This Location Has To Do Better. How If The System Is Down I'm Able To Place A Mobile Order?. Employees Are Getting Paid For Doing Nothing Through The Process While Me Being The Customer Burning Gas Waiting For An Computer To Reboot. If The System Is Down, Orders Shouldn't Be Able To Be Placed. Total Inconvenience... Once After Waiting Over 20 Minutes, There No Longer Serving Dinner & Now It's Breakfast. I Couldn't Cancel My Previous Order & Was Charged. Now I'm Waiting In Long Line To Have My Order Value Replaced.
