No good food hella old, stood in line way too long got no service. Didn’t even get a chance to eat just my friend did crazy

We accidentally place order due to GPS on phone. We received a call literally 2 minutes later saying we were outside the delivery area wich we appreciated and said thank you. This is where things got bad! We asked how to resolve this and the woman on the phone said we had to come get them we asked for a refund since literally 2 mins had passed we were told that our 2 large pizza were already made and in the oven? When questioned they lied told us we could not cancel and that we had to come get them. After being confronted about it we were hung up on and when we called back they didn't know how to cancel or refund and insisted we cancel online. We checked out as a guest and there is no refund or cancelation option. We understand a mix up and that times are tough but the lies and being hung up on is completely unacceptable!

We went with my brother to eat lunch buffet. There was a gentleman in there. We were patiently waiting for over 25 minutes then she brings out a small pizza for us to share. That’s not a lunch so we walked out and they wouldn’t give me my money back.

Ordered a gluten free pizza due to an allergy. Arrived to pick up and they apparently ran out of gluten free pizzas, and wouldn't provide a refund or coupon or anything other than ordering something of equivalent value, only there were no options available due to my dietary restriction.

Last week I placed an order where I had applied $10 coupon and placed an order for pick up.
when I came to pick up my order the cashier deleted the coupon and made me pay the normal amount for the pizza. Even though I show her the email confirmation, she still didn’t believe me.
one of their supervisor in the store promised me That he will give me that $10 off on my next order and wrote a note on my receipt.
But today when I came to pick up my order and showed the receipt/note from last week and asked her to apply the 10$ off. cashier told me that she is unable to do so But offered 10% off next order. Not sure what’s going on. This was the 2nd I went to this place and is the last time.

I had a really disappointing experience at the Mountain Mike’s Pizza on Lone Tree Way in Antioch. I ordered ahead, but when I arrived, they told me my order had already been picked up — by someone else. No name check, no confirmation — they just gave it away.

To make things worse, the staff was unprofessional and didn’t seem to care. No real apology, no sense of urgency, and no effort to make it right. I had to wait all over again for my food to be remade, with zero compensation or even a sincere “sorry.”

When I finally got the pizza, it was nothing like what I’ve had at other Mountain Mike’s locations. The crust was off, the toppings were sparse, and the overall quality just didn’t compare.

Between the careless service and subpar food, I won’t be coming back. I strongly recommend avoiding this location — it gives the brand a bad name.

We walked in to this restaurant at 8:15pm… They close at 10:00pm to order a medium size pizza advertised on their menu at $23.00. When I looked down at my receipt I saw a charge of $30.72. I immediately asked the associate why is our bill so high when your menu says $23 for this size pizza. The guys looked me dead in the eyes and said well our pricing went up. I said but that’s not advertised on the menu. I immediately asked for a refund and he wrote refund on the top of the receipt and refused to process the transaction. I said I want my refund before I leave the store. He said they don’t process refunds at night and said come back tomorrow. I told him that sounds ludicrous and I want my refund now. Then his mother came out the back acting as if she was the manager and said…I’ll give you two ranch dressings for the inconvience. ((They hadn’t even started making the pizza yet)). I again asked for my refund and they refused. By this time, it was 20 minutes later! Tired and frustrated I called my bank to dispute the charge and the Antioch police. I have to wait to file the chargeback as the charge officially hadn’t posted yet and….The police never called back or showed up. I will discuss this with my bank in the morning but what an inconvenience. This establishment robs people. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE PIZZA OR ANYTHING FROM HERE! Their service was horrible!!!!! AND their callous behavior towards us was alarming. $30 dollars is $30 dollars…NOT $23!!! Rip off and scam artists! Mind you we left with NO PIZZA and a bill for $30.72. They have no idea what DECENT…not even GOOD customer service is all about!!!! SAD!!!!

Very disappointed with the service. Staff member Gurjot was unhygienic and displayed poor customer service. This kind of behavior reflects badly on the entire chain. Definitely not a good experience.

This Mountain Mike's is clean, the pizza is good (not as good as Round Table but also not as ridiculously overpriced). My food is always ready on time. Always clean and great service.

I ordered almost $130 of pizzas for Mother’s Day and my pizzas were overcooked and burnt. Pizzas was so hard and very dry as shown in the photo. I could not eat it. I bring it back and the 2 men agreed it was overcooked and not edible. I returned all the pizzas and requested a full refund but they refused to provide any confirmation of refund. I noticed the 2 men were in the back room and not paying attention to my pizzas while it was in the oven. My pizzas were left unattended in the oven when it was burned. I was very disappointed. I came here many times in the past because it’s the closest location to my mother’s home. I will NEVER come back here. The 2 men never apologized for their errors. I do not recommend this location.

Excellent food. Great service and friendly people

This was the most s place I've ever been to! The so called manager was the most scariest clueless person ever. I came in told him Togo said ok ask what u wanted sausage, mushroom, and pepperoni w/ jalapeños small. mind u I asked to go earlier! HE offered salad and drink! I ask HOW MUCH! OK.
PIZZA came out on a plate! I said to the worker I'm sorry I told the other guy it was to go! He goes back tells the so call nut case and send the poor guy back out saying thos is a buffet and there is no take out u have to eat it in the store! WTH the other MMP ON LONE TREE WAY has pizzas which u select for a buffet and yes u can't do take outs on that! This fool is just that ignorant! Wouldn't come out to talk to me so I emptied his napkin container and wrapped my pizza and left!

Ordered a pizza for a night with my friends and was appalled when I got there. An employee's kid was running around and climbing all over the tables barefoot, and running in and out of the kitchen too. Ignoring that, we brought the pizza home to find a long hair in the pizza, and when we called to complain about this, they hung up on us twice, and when we went in to complain, they wouldn't do anything unless we brought the pizza back, and even then they wouldn't give a refund, so we ended up walking away, not trusting the food at this point.
