The lunch buffet was delicious! Very fresh items on the salad bar, and the pizza was fresh, hot, and as good as you'd expect from Mountain Mike's. They have a pretty Christmas tree and the Simpsons was on the TV, plus, the satellite radio was on a cool alternate station. Great lunch experience! Definitely worth the cost of $15.00.
We have been going to moutain Mike's since it first opened up in this location. Unfortunately around October this year we started to notice the our orders where getting messed up, our pizza was being delivered burnt, the last order besides tonight, there was metal in the pizza and a piece of pizza missing! We told the manager and she acted as if she didn't know anything. I strongly belive in my opinion it's a rastist act against my husband and I. We always ordered over the phone and get it dropped off. We'll We decided to eat in at the restaurant as a family, My husband ordered the limited time French fries in October this year and asked if he could have salt and peper on the fries. The manager and worker acted like they could not understand what salt and peper was. Then made it seem as if my husband had made an outlandish request. After this incident there has been a problem with every delivery of our food. My husband is a black man and I am a white woman. Ever since we went in person we have been being treated horrible and our food has been burnt and they messed up on the drinks. I have keeper documentation of each incident and have pictures of each incident. The manager seemed to be friendly but we have been having non stop problems since we ate there in October.

Even though I order/ pay online this location rarely start my order until I get there ( at my pick up time) .
When I drove up to order food from this location in the evening. I notice through the window that a worker with a black baseball cap was rushing around doing everything while another worker was in a red shirt who was just sitting on a computer doing nothing. I didn’t order from this location due to the fact they treat their employees like this. I feel like this behaviour is unacceptable.

Never had this problem before when placing orders until now. Been trying to get ahold of them to place an order, but they never answer the phone. Call for several minutes & got no response not even a please hold either. Worst service in any restaurants that I have ever seen or been to.

I've ordered pizza here for years I've lived close to this location for 10+ years to put in perspective. On this occasion I ordered a large half and half. The combination half of the pizza was full of long hair. I called and they promised a manager to call me later in the day . I had to call next day, whoever answered the phone after I asked to speak to the manager responded with "bruh, you gonna have to come up here to talk to them" . I called a couple times back, phone was off the hook. I called after about 10 minutes same guy answered and said "bruh they callin for the manager again." I got on with the manager and explained I have been ordering at this location for years , I am not one to complain about the order,but she had an obligation to make this right as the whole combination half of the pizza was riddled with long hair . Her explanation was "we have mostly men cooks" . Implying there was a female cook I told her to have her put a hair net on . She told me bring the pizza in and they'll make a new one but it has to be by a certain time. I didn't have the time to do this and explained I didn't want a new pizza rather she had an obligation to make it right with me a customer of 5+ years at the very least. I won't buy another pizza there not even 1 wing . They lost a frequent buyer and with the football season coming I hope the population reads this and sees the attachments I'll leave.

I'm town working for a few weeks... to exhausted to go out so ordered a pizza .. pizza was pretty good I will say but the OVER PRICED WINGS.. were very disappointing.. I thought I ordered Chicken wings not baby chick wings... gave me 2 ranch servings due to how small I only needed half of the first one. Next time Pizza only from this place.. On a positive note the driver was very polite n friendly hats off to her
It shouldn't take 45 minutes past promised time for delivery of a pizza, within my 2 calls women employee stated driver already en route to my home but half hr later never came. I asked if i could cancel & she stated she will check on it & hung up on me. She did reverse the charges, that's the only good thing. What happened Mountain Mike's, not sure if we will do business with you again.
