good food on time

first time there,didn't care for the way food preparers worked around the making of the food ,felt careless and not sanitary enough for me won't be back

Great to order ahead since I travel and pickup is PERFECTLY ready! Always tip ahead 2!

We live close and used to eat here all the time. But, a few years back they sold to a different owner. Immediately the good service and quality of the sandwiches dropped significantly. Worst of all the shop was always dirty even behind the counter. Recently we tried it again but unfortunately they haven’t changed for the better.

I'm not sure why the young lady cut up the hard pastrami and placed it on my sandwich? To be honest, she should have just thrown that out... This portion of the meat was unedible...

I went here for the first time a few days ago and I have to say the sandwich was very good! I also like the fact that they greeted people when they walked in,I felt bad when a good number of people were rude and didn't even acknowledge the workers, but besides that I only had two issues. The first being a female worker wiped her nose with her arm and kept working on a sandwich,then wiped her nose with her wrist and kept working. I think at the very least she should have paused and washed her wrist and arm before finishing something that someone was gonna eat. Second issue was the fly,flying around at least cover the food items when stepping away from them those are my only complaints just sanitary reasons. The guy who made my sandwich however was awesome!

This is my second time here. My first experience with Jay was awesome. Today I had the pleasure of having Andrew make our food. If these two are a reflection of the rest of your staff, we will be coming back. They are pleasant, polite, and make my day a bit brighter just from their presence. Did I forget to mention they make great sandwiches that are on point with getting what you pay for.

Jay was very sweet and charming. He did not rush us, food was perfectly made no mistakes. The cookies were yummy. They even did not mind wrapping our leftovers to go. All staff were professional and proud to serve. Thanks for an unbelievably great and welcoming experience. LGBTQI+ Friendly.
