The lady chef and owner are welcoming souls. I love this place I had the filet with crab potatoes and veggies.It was well worth the price that I paid.

I had the best veggie sandwich ever! It had portabella mushrooms, pickles, tomatoes, corn, black olives, jalapeno peppers, kale, cucumbers, garlic spread, honey mustard, provolone cheese and last but not least, sourdough bread grilled in olive oil. I was so full and satisfied I didn't know what to do with myself. Lol! I can imagine how her regular sandwiches taste if her veggie sandwich taste this good

We were looking for good "soul food" in a casual setting and found it at Nuce Nuce Deli along with LaDonna's excellent customer service!!! We ordered meals with fried fish & shrimp, french fries, cucumber & tomato salad, fresh fruit salad, and pound cake with whipped cream and strawberries for dessert. Everything was cooked to order or freshly prepared with flavorful herbs and seasoning. The portions were also generous and the food worth every dollar spent. This is definitely a place to patronize on a regular basis, without a doubt!

After living in Antioch off and on for 22 years (holy crap I feel old), and after having walked by this place more often than I walk by my own bathroom, I finally decided to head in with my wife and 22 month old daughter. Lady behind the counter was extremely friendly and personable. We placed our order, then took a walk around the area before coming back to eat. I waited too long to write this review and honestly can't even remember what I had to eat, but I do remember it was pretty good. Cajun style mac and cheese is the only think I clearly remember, and my wife and I enjoyed it very much. I can definitely see myself coming back. Want to try a few more food options before committing to four stars for this place. Until then, the place has my recommendation.

Soggy, loaded with mayonaise and over priced. I'm giving 2 stars just to be nice!!! First and last time!! Please be more considerate when throwing your food together people, this is just nasty!!

This one of my FAVORITE eating places ever. they have a very nice food selection. But their corned beef is a favorite. As any customers, including myself, have told the owner... ...the CORNED BEEF IS "TO 'DIE' FOR". Tell 'em "ERIQ" from the Antioch Senior Center sent you.

5 star customer service - the owner LaDonna is very friendly and super informative on what is offered 5 star pastrami sandwich - one of the best I've had. I don't care for olives so I asked for those to be left off but the other veggies were fresh and the pastrami was nice and lean (I hate fat on my pastrami) 5 star country tea - I had the pomegranate blueberry one and it was delicious. when I got home, I added a little more ice and some more pomegranate tea at home to make a big jug to last me a couple of servings. :) This was my second time today going in there and I'll be back. I gotta try that 3 way fry **it's amazing how there are some other really bad reviews on here but I have not had any experiences with the owner screaming at others, expired food and dirty conditions and my first time in there was about 6 months ago with like 10 people as we were on break from a class up the block. LaDonna even remembered me from 6 months ago.

Pleasantly surprised upon visiting this hidden gem in my area. I ordered a wings and mac salad plate for $13. Nice big wings and a flavorful mac salad. Everything was made to order and like visiting your mom's kitchen. Pure pefection!

This owner is very welcoming and so nice! I stopped by one random afternoon to grab a quick sandwich. I ended up getting their special cheesesteak and it was delicious. It's great supporting the small local businesses as they need to stay around for all that extra effort they put in!
