Waited in drive trough line for 30 minutes then they wanted me to wait another 5 minutes for my food and told me to get back in line or come in for my food,what's the point of a drive trough if I have to come in to get my food?? I would think they would come and walk it to my car but they didn't,their customer service is really bad and nobody knows what they are doing the workers there are really lazy when it comes to helping out. I would not recommend going to this location they are absolutely useless and have no consideration for their customers.

A clean, well kept Panda location. Friendly staff, fast service. Nothing fancy but it is what you would expect from a decent Panda location. If you're in the area and craving Chinese food, you should give this place a try 🥳👍🏼🎉🇺🇸🌞💯🥠

The chick at the drive thru not sure if its a girl or guy but she was rude rushed me with my order she didnt even ask what sauces i wanted and when i asked her she said everything was in the bag but it wasnt even the sauce i wanted didn’t even bother greeting or anything definitely ZERO customer service experience looks like she didn’t want to be working

They need to fix there hours and post hours. It's 9:25pm and the inside is closed. Not able to order. Terrible. No one inside (counted 10 workera) can tell you anything. This was my go to place for quick food. Not anymore. Guess you can only come during the day not at night.

I was honestly surprised and pretty disappointed by what I saw. The female team members were really slow and seemed totally not attentive to customers and they were just chatting in the corner during working hours. On top of that, i noticed the kitchen staff were on their phones instead of focusing on the food. It felt like the whole place was being mismanaged. Honestly, the manager is incompetent and doesn’t seem to be doing a good job keeping things under control. Something definitely needs to be done about the staff behavior and this kind of behavior impacts the overall experience and I hope they take steps to improve staff focus and service.
