I was honestly surprised and pretty disappointed by what I saw. The female team members were really slow and seemed totally not attentive to customers and they were just chatting in the corner during working hours. On top of that, i noticed the kitchen staff were on their phones instead of focusing on the food. It felt like the whole place was being mismanaged. Honestly, the manager is incompetent and doesn’t seem to be doing a good job keeping things under control. Something definitely needs to be done about the staff behavior and this kind of behavior impacts the overall experience and I hope they take steps to improve staff focus and service.

Whoever works the drive through is awful and rude. She rushed you through and get the order wrong. Then she will not fix it and instead tell you to go inside and deal with it. Horrible service.

I wouldn't suggest this business to anyone since they made a mistake with my order and forced me to go around the drive-through because they were out of Chow Main and needed to make more but there was no one behind me then told me it will take 3 mins. I understand they're running low on food and have to make more, but why don't they just have you park on the side and have an employee bring you the food? Like other fast food restaurants. I wanted to yell at the woman that looks like a guy since she was so disrespectful, but she slammed the window on me. She needs to find another job if she hates working.

The food wasn't good at all. No taste with the rice and the chow mein noodles.
Also the vegetables, onions and broccoli was hard. I would like a refund.

It's relatively ok the food is good a little expensive though but the people are nice if your getting off work and your tired and don't really want to cook you'll be glad it's there grab your bag and go
It's kinda like Chinese McDonalds

Quantities given by staff at counter is a hit or miss. Sometimes u get so little that u feel the food is overpriced. Quality and taste is ok. No vegetarian entrees. They used to do tofu with eggplant but they stopped.

In this business, it is not the only time that I have gone through the drive thru and the employees are always so bad, treating you badly and throwing your food away. They should be more careful with that and when they don't give you your order correctly, they make you go back and go around the whole way. That is a lack of ethics and professionalism from the type of employee that you have, for me they are garbage. I go to buy food, it's not like I'm going to get the food and they want to charge me for food that they don't give me. I recommend that you talk to your employees that if they don't like the job, that they give the opportunity to someone who does like it and that they treat the customers with kindness because they behave like animals.
