Amazing pizza! Only problem, the prices have really gone up since the last time I frequented Papa Murphy's.

We went there as a spur-of-the-moment. Knew about their meatballs and my girlfriend wanted the Garlic Cheese Bread. We had seen a mailer recently and knew these items were what we wanted. They were out of the garlic cheese bread but had the monkey garlic bread. Only one tray of meatballs. Then looking around the place not seeing anything about their salads anywhere, asked what they offered. Settled on two garden salads. After making our purchase, and leaving out the door my girlfriend realized they didn't ask what dressings we wanted. We asked about the dressings, it was like pulling teeth to get answers!We arrived home ready to heat the meatballs and monkey garlic bread and found no instructions anywhere like they normally include with the pizzas. I looked online for the missing cooking/baking instructions and discovered there was supposed to be marinara dipping sauce included with the monkey garlic bread, this too wasn't included. The salads were overburdened with black olives too. No exaggeration!This turned out to be a very odd evening, they weren't going to be closed until 2 hours later, and there were no other customers. I complained on their survey shown on the receipt as well on their online page, no one has bothered contacting us about this ever since I made my complaints.This happened around November 19th. At the Deer Valley Rd. Antioch Papa Murphy’sI had put it out of my mind with life getting in the way and it all came back rather abruptly.

Still waiting to hear back from corporate. Business not even on the better Business Bureau website. I had to add the business and location. They have not been able to contact them or the health department. Great place for a easy lawsuit if you ask me??‍♀️
