I ordered two pizzas a pepperoni and Hawaiian pizza with diced pepperoni and green onion. When I checked it only had diced pepperoni and green onion. It’s ok things happen I let them know and they were so kind said sorry and remade my pizza. I always come to this pizza guys cause it’s always soo clean and every employee I talked to are very kind. This is the best one I have been too.

I love pizza guys up till today when I found a baby cockroach in my pizza box alive crawling on my pizza..after we ate most of it in the car on way home. They told me I needed a photo of it for a refund. Now I'm fuming.

After spending a minimum of $120.00 per month at this place I am no longer a customer! After I got home and realized that my order was wrong. I called and talked “Fahad” who tried to blame my order?! Then had the nerve to tell me how he helped me!? While calling me “bruh” while I’m old enough to be his father! I asked who the manger was and he refused to answer! Again we’ve been spending a MINIMUM of $120.00 per month eat this place! “Fahad” kept blaming my order until I told him YOU PUT THE WRONG TOPPINGS ON THE WRONG PIZZA! How is that because “the order”!? When I asked for refund he wanted me to come back down there after waiting 45 minutes for my order! No respect for my time or money! Needless to say they’ve lost a REPEAT customer and I will be calling corporate and filing a complaint!

They never have halal pepperoni, but they have it on the menu. I tried to order it 3 separate times, and every time they call me after I order it online and try to bait and switch the toppings. Finally on the last call I spoke to a girl and after I said the owner can call me back before I post a review and contact corporate, she told me that Corporate already said that they didn't have to sell halal pepperoni. She said it proudly like she wanted to stick it to me and when I didn't react, she was so flustered that she asked me what my name was and phone number so the owner could call me back. I said, you have both, you just called me and you have my order.
Had the food the first time, I let them switch toppings on good faith but when the same thing happened the other two times I didn't order anything. Pizza is ok, dominos pizza quality, anything with white garlic sauce is disgusting, wings are super tiny and just ok.
So just in case you were trying to order any particular ingredient, just know they didn't buy it for whatever reason and maybe its cost but it is purposeful because frankly...it's a business and the owners are cheap.

These people got my order wrong twice, after calling and speaking to their manager to confirm they where making my order correct, they sent another wrong pizza, talk about clueless. Then I called and spoke to a female at 9:15pm June 13th. And she started giving me attitude, and told me she just got back from break and started blaming their app. The pizza guys suck bad. Don't waste your money on this place. I usually order from Melos in Brentwood , but the wait was over an hour so I gave this place a go. WHAT A MISTAKE! PIZZA GUYS THE WORST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks, was given the wrong item instead of breadsticks, contacted driver to return the item and he did. I then got the item I originally ordered.Weren’t rude or anything. Knowledgeable in apartment complexes too.
