My food was horrible the mac n cheese taste like Burnt plastic .. my Apple was room temperature & Old .. My Child loved her chicken . I don’t eat meat so I always get mac n cheese but never from this location until today and OMG it’s horrible

Mobile order. Was not ready on time. Was told it’ll be “a little”. Wouldn’t give me a time frame.
Got the food 25 min after the pick up time. Place and parking lot was full of ppl waiting. Food was decent. But the service could have been better.

I really like this Popeyes. Compared to other ones, I think this is the best location. The employees are really nice and they usually never get my order wrong, one time they did but they gave me extra food. They once gave me 10 pc when I ordered 6 pc ?. The food is really good too

Popeyes generally has good food; unfortunately, and this one is no exception, the service is always terrible. In fact, I usually avoid it because I've been going there since it opened and the service has always been awful. I think what bothers me the most, is they know it and simply don't care. In addition, their prices are high, and I'm sure some people take advantage, but when I'm in there spending $50 for 3 people and one extra sauce is too much for them to provide without charging for it, then, as I've discovered, I can live without Popeyes. And the bad service is organization wide. Go to any of them and you'll experience crappy service so I go once every couple of years. Most important, never, ever use the drive through. You will definently be asked to pull over and they will forget about you. If you must go there, walk in.

Not the first time I've gone to Popeyes and got my order wrong. I see The commercials, "Love that chicken from Popeyes!" And the chicken is pretty good. But I sure would like to get what I paid for.
