Just earlier today between 4:14pm - 4:45pm, we made an order through the app for a 5Pc Signature for $10.99. After we placed the order through the app we called the store stating that we placed an order through the app in request for dark meat legs and thighs. When we arrived back home, the order was incorrect. Instead of having legs and thighs, thighs were only given. We called the store to let them know that there was a mistake on the order, we asked if we can return to get the correct order and Cassandra, the representative who took the order asked us to come back so the order can be corrected. When we arrived at the store, there was a manager that came by with an attitude who was very rude and disrespectful and asked "what's goin" Cassandra explained that she gave us the wrong order, the manager with an attitude said no we can't change the order, thighs are dark meat. The manager would not correct the order. My father was so upset it led to my 5 year old crying thinking it was her fault. My father at the store in front of the manager explained to her that he wasn't mad at her and that he was mad at the manager because she wouldn't give the correct order. This order was for my 5 year old daughter and loves this Popeyes chicken. My daughter always requests eating this but at times there is always an issue when ever we make an order. We have encountered many customer service issues with this particular Popeyes store that's located in Lone Tree Way of Antioch restaurant #10921. The manager at this specific store either needs to be trained or demoted she needs to be questioned for her actions towards the treatment of customers, she was very unprofessional. This manager doesn't deserve the right to tell my father that he was wrong after it was discussed that the order was incorrect. This issue needs to be stressed to upper management or through the corp.

They constantly give you the wrong order, dont offer anything for your inconvenience, staff is juvenile, n unprofessional, talk to you in street slang. Manager does very little to accommodate you. Service used to be good here, its terrible! Make sure to triple check your order. I had to go back 3 times on 3 different occasions because they git my order wrong!

Went this Tuesday for the $2.99 special, leg and thigh. For Dine in...Gal at the counter was OVER helpful. Took my order quickly, she had a back up of orders but told her staff, this is a quick order. Fulfill the order and let him enjoy his lunch. They were so fast I never even had a chance to walk way from the counter.The pieces were Fresh and Piping HOT..., I had to wait to enjoy my meal.Table and sitting area was supper clean.Whoever this Manager is, she knows how to run her restaurant.....As for fast food places you go to, any day can be a hit or miss. I go there often chicken is good service is good but they give me old biscuits all the time. I was just in there on Sunday 2 days ago and I got extra biscuits with my family meal. I got 10 extra biscuits and all of them were stale and hard as a rock. Honestly it's not the first time they done this either it happens often but but I love the people that work there they're kind and nice and the all the other food is usually amazing

This place is much better than pre and mid pandemic. Food was hot and good. Order was correct. 1 star removal as my order was small and while I was waiting for my mobile pick up the person at the register got their food before me. I do know why though. Wink wink. Also one cocktail sauce for the popcorn shrimp is not enough. They were working hard in there. Keep it up!!

My husband and I have always had good experiences every time we come to this Popeyes. The drive-thru line is always very quick, customer service good, and our order has always been correct. The coleslaw is fresh with a nice snap to it and not overly mayonnaise-y. The chicken tenders and nuggets are always hot, crispy, made with good white meat chicken and never stale or dry. I also LOVED the chilled mango lemonade - it was delicious. We've always received the correct number of sauces - which it is SUPER important to receive our blackened ranch and Mardi gras mustard for my fries and tenders!! I would die without it! So glad we can get a quality meal whenever that killer Popeyes craving hits.
