Tonight was my first time going into Ramen 101. It sounded good to my son, and the photos of the food at their window looked like it might hit the spot. I was not expecting the great experience I had!
The young man who took our order was extremely friendly, hospitable, personable and knowledgeable.
The food came out quickly, and it was a much larger portion than I expected. The food was presented well, nice and hot, and had a great texture and flavor. It was too much to eat in one sitting so he brought us to-go boxes with carry bags. I will definitely be back!
Delicious for a quick stop during lunch hours. Visited a few weeks ago. Good service and quick food delivery. Dined in with a friend. Tonkatsu or Miso, my usual when I visit in Concord location. Antioch location is nice.

Okay the food here is great — but today was my third visit and the SECOND time they’ve gotten my order wrong. Sigh. Double check your order ppl, untie and unpack the bag. First visit I ordered squid legs and they didn’t add to my order. Had to order again & wait again. This time I ordered the fried squid legs and instead they gave me the whole squid. What in the heck? And sadly I ordered in afternoon for dinner later so by time I opened it up they were closed. Very disappointed in not getting what I asked for and thought I paid for. Great food but the ppl working the register appear to either be confused by the buttons or just not paying attention. Check. Your. Order. Before. You. Leave.
