This was the most disappointing and disgusting restaurant I’ve ordered from, not only was the food bad, there were literally bugs in our food and they refused to refund me even when I brought it back in and showed them the bugs. People have found bandaids and rocks in their food too. There is mold and roaches inside. Only eat here if you hate yourself and want to die.

There food is addicting I always order there pot stickers and they give u this chili vinegar sauce which makes it sooo yummy then I order BBQ pork fried rice and the honey walnut prawns it's the best I've ever had and be sure to ask for there spicy sauce its sweet tangy and ? spicy

My family and I have never eaten at this particular restaurant. On my way home I decided to grab some. We spent over a $160. It was literally the worst food we've ever eaten in our lives. We're used to eating China town, Oakland food, Chinatown San Francisco, Chinese food! Over here it's slim pickings, so we ordered varied dishes. Beef, pork, shrimp, chicken, wonton soup and tons of other food. Everything was disgusting, soggy, no taste, and bland. Mushu tasted rotten and I was given Latin tortillas for it. The one thing that was good about the whole experience, was the Mongolian beef spice other than that? Do not eat here unless you like disgusting food. Good luck

They have fresh batter and place old hard as a rock pork in the batter and cook. Actually, you don't know what type of meat because it's hard as a rock and dark, not like fresh pork should be. Please spare yourself of the disappointment. Spend your money where you get quality food. I will definitely report Rice Bowl to the Health and Food Department to request an inspection. I'm quite sure it's more issues in the kitchen then this!

I recently learned they deliver after an order went wrong on DoorDash and I had to just go in myself because it was taking over an hour through DoorDash, screw DoorDash because RiceBowl delivery IS SO DAMN FAST. Waaaaaaayy faster and I like that I’m directly supporting the restaurant. And there isn’t a bunch of delivery fees and upcharged prices like on DoorDash. I get way more food for the same pricePlease if you order here order directly from them for delivery not on DoorDash because you’ll save more money! It’s awesomeLove their BOGO for the shrimp dumplings the dim sum is so good here. Such amazing food my favourite is the Steamed Spareribs my god is it so so goodLike you have no idea how good those steamed spareribs are. Simple little side dish but SO GOOD it is absolutely my favouriteWhen I craved dim sum I went all the way to china town now that I learned of RiceBowl I just go here since it’s so close to my house.I just hope one day they add Mapo Tofu to their menu it’s the one thing they don’t have and I go to another Chinese place for that when I crave it. If rice bowl adds mapo tofu to the menu I would eat here everydayI already order pretty regularly for the steamed spareribs. But now that I learned they deliver and I can be lazy it’s game over for my wallet

Um, I genuinely don't understand how bad and foul this food tasted. The broccoli tasted like a weird chemical and so did the meat. It's really bad. When 6ft tall teenagers won't eat this and they LOVE Chinese food...what's that tell you? They will eat low carb sugar free ice cream but won't touch THIS again. It's disgusting. I literally SPIT THE FOOD OUT. It's really bad. It has a taste I've never tasted that's not supposed to be there.
