I've been going to Rice bowl for the last 10 years, the last 2 years their items have gotten sloppier, poorly cooked, and not worth the money that they're asking for. I ordered egg foo young, it was an egg full mess.

I got the party tray house rice I asked for sweet and sour sauce they give you one and I asked can I have one more it's a party tray she said let me ask she did and they would have to charge me $1.50 then I asked for 3 forks instead of giving me the pre package ones with the napkins and soy sauce she just have me three forks and lightweight had a an attitude I mean I'm spending almost $50 on a party tray I feel like with all that food and I'm asking for a little more sweet and sour sauce and soy sauce in a couple extra forks shouldn't be a problem but it was.

This was the most disappointing and disgusting restaurant I’ve ordered from, not only was the food bad, there were literally bugs in our food and they refused to refund me even when I brought it back in and showed them the bugs. People have found bandaids and rocks in their food too. There is mold and roaches inside. Only eat here if you hate yourself and want to die.
