I never make these kinds of comments. I work for FedEx. I passed along a drink and it took them 30 minutes to prepare my drink. I don't recommend you come.
I ordered a venti hot vanilla latte with an extra pump of vanilla and some cookies through the drive-through. The staff asked me to repeat my order. When I reached the window, the guy provided excellent service. I didn't even notice that my drink was made incorrectly because I forgot to check or try it before leaving.
Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered that my drink had a bitter taste. It was raining, and I didn't want to go out again to resolve the issue. It seems my drink was made incorrectly.

I ask for a light ice and they put almost all the cup with a lot of ice 🤦♀️ and we pay for extra caramel and they put just like line

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I’ve been in the drive thru line for 30 mins and still have 3 people infront of me!!! They are VERY SLOW.. in every sense of the word ?♀️
Last Saturday morning I went early to picked up my order and went to work just on time even though it was no cars took 30 minutes to received my coffee. Yet again, my order was wrong! As I noticed the issue I called and the manager “Jason” answer. He apologized and say I can pick up my coffee another day but this is an almost every day issue here. Always the wrong order and the associates are completely rude. No accountability of their mistakes, they instead talked back to the customer at some point I have to be the bigger person and just bite my tongue to stop saying something back. I got to a point that I think is necessary send a heartfelt frustrating email to the new CEO Mr. Niccol. Someone has to do something about it. No wonder Starbucks is on decline worldwide. Is not the quality and high prices only, the customer service is tremendously bad. Bummer!
Usually crowded, and always understaffed with only a few people behind the counter. The drive through is always slow, and inside is unfriendly and feels like they're avoiding customers.
Today I was told only one person was making drinks - with a full room inside and unmoving drive through.

I was just at this Starbucks. There were 4 employees! So cool- place was not busy. There was one person in front of me..I waited 12 minutes for my drinks while I "watched" the employees stand around and talk about someone...guessing it was another employee...so while I waited, I used the bathroom...dirty mirror, no seat covers..
The front door is filthy, sidewalk in front is filthy...Lobby is big and several tables were dirty.
Barista made one drink at a time... Start to finish! Never acknowledge me .....even when I was standing at the counter waiting for my 2nd drink..I could tell she did not care one iota. Obviously there was no supervisor on duty. If there was, he or she should be fired....lazy....is all I could come up with.. No way would I go back here...I will call tomorrow and get ahold of a manager...

I made a stop to this Starbucks this evening and ordered 2 caramel frappuccinos. The Barista informed me that they were out of the caramel drizzle that goes on top, but said the drink will still taste the same since they have the ingredients that they use to make it. She then offered dark caramel drizzle as a substitute so I said that's fine and an 80 cent up charge appeared on the screen. I then told her I no longer wanted the caramel if I had to be charged more. To me it didn't make sense if I was paying for a drink and the ingredients that come with the drink they were out of they should have offered a substitute at no additional charge. After all if you don't have the ingredients it's not like your reducing the amount that the drink cost.
This Starbucks is so horrible and slow. Idk why it’s this slow. Pick up is even slower then the drive thru. And I mean waiting more than 25min in line in drive thru is ridiculous. They need new management, more staff this is beyond ridiculous
