My boyfriend and I have been stuck in the Starbucks drive-thru line for nearly 20 minutes now, and it’s becoming quite frustrating. The staff could benefit from improving their efficiency during busy hours. We understand that weekends can be hectic, but a smoother operation would improve customer service. It would be nice to grab our coffee and get on with our day without such a lengthy wait. Hey, at least our drink came out right.

I came at 7:30 AM. There was already a line at the drive through. I wanted to go inside but it was dark inside the door was locked and the chairs were on top of the tables. Around 8:00AM a young lady came to open the door. Online it shows this location open at 5:30 AM. I didn’t get anything because there was only 1 person and the line was too long.

This store really sucks, hate to say it . HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE ENOUGH CHANGE FOR $100. This store service also isn’t great at all, workers look like they don’t want to be there. Fire everyone and get a whole new crew and fix the cashier problems, not having enough cash change is dumb for an establishment as big as Starbucks.

The food is great. The service is great. They are a little slow but once you get what you came for, you’re pretty happy.
The bigger woman doesn’t know how to make drinks at all I came back 2x and both times she didn’t listen to anything i asked . This Starbucks is the worst in the Bay Area they never get order right fuss about it being wrong and take FOREVER

I got there two hours before closing on the post hours and the staff had already put all the chairs up and didn’t wanna help me and told me that basically they didn’t wanna help me. Despite their store still being open and the drive-through being open. It looked like they wanted to rush to get out of there, but they still had two hours of service going on. I wasn’t even able to purchase an order because the staff was so rude.

I never make these kinds of comments. I work for FedEx. I passed along a drink and it took them 30 minutes to prepare my drink. I don't recommend you come.

I ordered a venti hot vanilla latte with an extra pump of vanilla and some cookies through the drive-through. The staff asked me to repeat my order. When I reached the window, the guy provided excellent service. I didn't even notice that my drink was made incorrectly because I forgot to check or try it before leaving.
Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered that my drink had a bitter taste. It was raining, and I didn't want to go out again to resolve the issue. It seems my drink was made incorrectly.
