The drinks are good and the service is fast, but the employees can be rude and passive-aggressive, which quickly ruins anyone’s mood. That’s not the way anyone should be greeted when pulling up to the drive-thru window.

terrible experience NO STRAWBERRIES FOR THE 2 , 30 OUNCE STRAWBERRY REFRESHERS AND NO CARMEL FOR THE CARMEL FRAPPUCCINO AND NO ICE FOR THE ICE WATER AND A 25 MINUTE WAIT AND THEY HAD THE BALLS TO CHARGE FULL PRICE. ?????
