I’ve been to Starbucks in concord and in Sacramento. This is by far the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been at. dont know what’s going on in there tbh

I went in to get a cold drink. I saw fly was on one of pastries. I told a cashier that a fly is sitting on a pastry. She said that we don’t sell those. I saw more flies in dining area. This location is very dirty and nobody really comes out to clean or catching the flies. It’s very disgusting. I will not come back there again.

Terrible Experience – Will Not Return

I visited the Starbucks at Slatten Ranch in Antioch around 8:45 PM. The drive-thru line was about six cars deep, with only two cars ahead of me, but it still took an outrageous 25 minutes to get through. The delay was so bad that the customer in front of me vented his frustration at the window, and security had to come outside.

When I finally got to the window, the staff showed no empathy or urgency. And to top it all off, both of my drinks were wrong and they didn’t even have the correct lids. But after such a long wait, I just wanted to leave—I didn’t even bother asking them to fix it. I feel completely cheated on my order.

I won’t be returning to this location, and honestly, it’ll be a long time before I visit any Starbucks again. I’ll be finding an alternative shortly.

Do better Starbucks !!! Geez !!!

I ordered on the app 15 mins prior to arriving. Waited 30 minutes in store and nothing. No one could tell me how much longer. Left to run errands and came back an hour later. Still no coffee. They had my cup label there but oops we forgot. Ok so I get my coffee and spit it out. I have no idea what they served me but it wasn't a vanilla latte. I won't be going to a Starbucks ever again but it's nice that some ppl get great service I just wasn't one of them.

The service has been very bad lately. Before closing, when there are still 20 or 15 minutes left, they turn off the coffee machines. No Frappuccinos, no hot coffee, no bakery products. Why! It's not even time to close. They sell you cold coffee, they give you flavorless coffees, the products have different flavors.

Terrible service when there are 20 or 15 minutes left to close. Not to mention when there are 10 minutes left to close. And sometimes they don't even provide service. They close early, when there are still 15 or 10 minutes left to close.
