The service has been very bad lately. Before closing, when there are still 20 or 15 minutes left, they turn off the coffee machines. No Frappuccinos, no hot coffee, no bakery products. Why! It's not even time to close. They sell you cold coffee, they give you flavorless coffees, the products have different flavors.

Terrible service when there are 20 or 15 minutes left to close. Not to mention when there are 10 minutes left to close. And sometimes they don't even provide service. They close early, when there are still 15 or 10 minutes left to close.

Attention is needed to prepare coffee. They have to make my beverage twice.
I've been in this location a few times, and every time is the same mistake. :"(

Fast service and friendly

What’s wrong with this store? They always have the order ahead turned off or are completely closed with a sign on the door. Some of the barristas bop around dancing instead of filling orders. I’ve observed 7 workers standing around talking when there’s orders coming out of the order ahead ticket machine. Waiting ten minutes for the order to be made after a barista asking if “so n so” is my name. If there was a closer Starbucks to my work I’d go there but unfortunately there isn’t.

I go to this Starbucks regularly, and today I got great service from a young gal named Gigi! She was very kind , patient and helpful compared to many of the young people I encounter!

I tried to order a Frappuccino and they said they were all out of coffee base... I said oooooookkkkk... can I get the strawberry one... and it was bad...

Was here yesterday. They closed the lobby because they got all backed up on mobile orders and honestly the place was kind of dirty. Even the outside tables next door had dried up food on them. You could tell they hadn’t been cleaned in awhile.

I like to buy my American coffee here. My girlfriend likes frappe cookie coffee.
Thank you for serving us. Sometimes they take a little while but that's because it's a very busy store and that's a bit understandable.
