The drive-thru line was lite today. That's a plus. I order a HOT cafe mocha and a breakfast sandwich. When I got to the window and paid my $10.50, I received a COLD cafe mocha and a hot sandwich thrown into a bag. I told the guy I order a hot one, he said it was cold. With a lot of cars behind me, I left.Poor customer service on this visit. Now i'm forced to drinks a 'slushy-like' drink on a very cold day and eat a hot sandwich withot a napkin. I'll go the Starbucks by the theater. They always get it right and offer napkins. It's the little things that matter

Quick and friendly service if you go inside. The only downside to having to do this is the parking lot is a little hectic and the drive thru line is always long. I recommend app ordering and picking up inside at this location

Bummer! Heading out of town on a trip and we got two coffees with some food. The staff was working hard and it was busy. Unfortunately the girl making the coffees got a little excited with the sugars and we both ended up with super sweet coffee that was awful. We didn't realize until we were on the road so didn't feel like going back to fight the lines to have them both redone. I'm sure they were trying their best but wished she'd just read the sticker!

Coffee is ok. My big complaint about Starbucks is the very long wait if you want to sit and have coffee. The drive thru get priority, I understand that. My problem is people who phone orders in! While I order and wait there are always 10 plus drinks just sitting there for phone orders and more orders come out and sit there while I am there and have to wait for my coffee? They need to dedicate people to take care of the people who are there and have to wait.

It was my birthday on the 21st on October .. and I got false advertisements on tik-toks thinking I could just get a free drink on my birthday at Starbucks. When I went there they said that I had to have a membership for quite a while . Tbh it was just horrible service in general because the young teen lady that working on the evening didn’t even say thank you not happy birthday ! Y’all stars are going down and y’all need to hire true stars .

Long wait lines. 20 minutes for coffee. No thanks. This crew onlyworried about mobile orders. Tons piling up while patrons wait. No thank you. I'll take my family business to a competitor.
Not surprised at all these dismal reviews of this poorly managed Starbucks. Ordered a shaken latte with no ice (as the app allows and as I order successfully from numerous other Starbucks locations). When I arrived it had ice in it. I showed them my order and the barista rudely said they don't make them without ice. Further discussion went nowhere so I asked for a manager and was stunned that she doubled down on this horrible customer service and said corporate demanded that they don't make these drinks without ice. Why would the app allow this option if it wasn't available? Why would every other Starbucks I go to have no issues making it the way the customer wants? Read all the poor reviews here and it's not a surprise. I will not return.

This is my favorite Starbucks drive thru in town. The baristas are on top of everything when I go here - I've never had the experience other people are mentioning in their reviews. Granted I go at 5:45 to 6am before work so it's not as busy, but they are always really nice and get the drinks out in a reasonable amount of time.I worked at a Starbucks many years ago and its more than just pouring coffee. I'm sure some things have changed but... There is a lot of effort that goes into pulling the espresso shots and steaming the milk before the shots oxidize or "die". It's definitely a quality i can taste and the fact they do it all in a drive thru is awesome. Love this place :) My recommendation is to go early when things you want to order are more likely in stock and the wait times are low. If you go during peak hours you're going to have to wait. That's how it is any drive thru or cafe.
