I actually had lunch next door at Wing Stop. Wing stops restroom is out of order. So I figured it would be alright to use the bathroom here. They made me buy a cake pop for over 3 bucks just to use their facilities. I go to Starbucks all the time, and at many locations, never have I been forced to buy something in order use the restroom. It should be free to pee!!

We recently placed a special order for a cream base vanilla Frappuccino, enhanced with additional caramel, a caramel drizzle, and caramel crunch. The resulting beverage was exceptional, and I can confidently say it was one of the best I have ever experienced.

I asked if I could get my drink with light ice they said they could but the drink was not going to be filled all the way. I ask for light ice on all the other Starbucks and they are able to do it with no problem and still add splash of milk. I don’t understand why my cup is not filled either way. Mind you this is what we are paying $7 dollars for now days. Never coming back to this Starbucks. Oh and they were out of all food items.

If it's possible to give no stars I would they didn't say hello please give us a moment nothing for 20 mins as I stood at the counter. I then placed the order and the order was taken correctly thank goodness because when I picked up everything was wrong and I got attitude from them when I told them it tasted funny. I won't return Starbucks needs to do better my order is very simple white hot chocolate and blended lemonade and vanilla bean ex caramel I'm just saying

We stood there for 20 minutes without anybody saying anything to us. And nobody in the building then they got three of our drinks wrong and it says it right there on the side of the cup probably won't be coming back to this starbucks bad service.

Bad service, I waited more than 15 minutes for 2 drinks and a piece of bread. They only gave me the bread and after a while they asked me if I needed anything else, to which I replied 2 coffees and they told me if it was through the app and said ok, I'll prepare them in a moment and I asked for my money back, as I didn't want anything, it was late and I had to work.
