Super rude employee. He thinks other people don't speak Spanish and he can curse in Spanish when asked to do something extra service. My wife understands Spanish, she pointed that out even then no apologies..we won't visit this location anymore.

Me and my partner went in to get a sandwich and was met with an extremely rude guy around 2:15 pm on the 3rd of April. Me and my boyfriend are both autistic and I have a reading disability on top of that so I asked the guy for help with the menu and he rudely told me to just look at the menu and when I said that’s extremely rude he just started at me in my eyes rudely and wouldn’t say a thing not even a apology. I left feeling extremely upset and sad about what happened. No one should be made to feel that way . NO ONE .

Very bad customer service the lady taking our order was giving an attitude and didnt make our sandwiches right I asked for pepperjack and instead she added another type of cheese sandwich was very nasty the worst I've ever gotten. Made me not want to visit any subway anymore.

I've eaten at several Subways over the years.
We chose Subway because you can usually count on them being consistent. Most have been very good but this one is unquestionably the worst. They took half of our order and then 3 people walked in and they took their order and made their sandwiches before they took the rest of our order. Ours were both 6-inch sandwiches but with different bread. The first one was about 5 inches long. If their employees can't cut a 12-inch piece of bread approx. in half, they should give them something to help them. Congrats to whoever ended up with the 7-inch sandwich. The 2nd half of our order was a Hot Shot Italian, which I've had often. This one was ridiculous. The H.S. Italian comes with a generous amount of meat... anywhere else. There were 2 very thin pieces of meat that stacked on top of each other were no more than ⅛ inch. To top it off, the entire sandwich (bread, meat and vegetables) was about 1 inch thick. I don't know if someone sat on the bread or stepped on it, but I would believe either from this place.
I arrived at the store and they treated me very badly, the person serving told me to wait when it is already 9:20 am in the morning and the application shows that it should be open at 9:00 am and the worst thing is that he looks at me ugly when buying, I will never buy from this store again, terrible service, they have no patience with customers

Out of all the Subways I've visited, this by far was best tasting, had fresher ingredients or I lucked out right after delivery day

I normally eat here a d the food is ok. My daughter really wanted a sandwich I got there at 8:47 and was turned away. The man said he stops serving at 8:45. I said online it says there open until 9:00 he said no. I'm leaving very hungry with an unhappy kid.

Dude made 3 separate online orders (multiple sandwiches) before even acknowledging me standing in front of him.Long story: I walk in to order. There’s a couple guys in front of me that he’s wrapping up their order. As he’s done, another guy walks in. Sandwich maker tells me I have to wait cuz he’s an online order from earlier. Makes 3 sandwiches. Then tells me he has another online order, I’m like uhhh okay fine. Dude tells me he has one last one and l that’s when I had itI get it, he’s solo and I’m sure he’s been told by management (hopefully not the case) to prioritize online orders. But this is flat out ridiculous. Although I had waited for long time, I left and went to the subway on lone tree and deer valley. Super fast and way better!

These owners/workers not friendly, don't say HI, no personality fir customers.....this place with its workers will have you leaving miserable like they are, if you don't like your business then why did you buy ????.....AND THEY DO NOT HONOR ANY PROMOTION DISCOUNTS FROM MAILERS OR COMMERCIALS, DRIVE DOWN AND GO TO ANOTHER SUBWAY !!!!I believe all the negative reviews they are all similar. Don't know who Maria is but if you throw a sandwich to me and don't say Thank You then you are straight Antioch ghetto garbage......
