I normally eat here a d the food is ok. My daughter really wanted a sandwich I got there at 8:47 and was turned away. The man said he stops serving at 8:45. I said online it says there open until 9:00 he said no. I'm leaving very hungry with an unhappy kid.

Dude made 3 separate online orders (multiple sandwiches) before even acknowledging me standing in front of him.Long story: I walk in to order. There’s a couple guys in front of me that he’s wrapping up their order. As he’s done, another guy walks in. Sandwich maker tells me I have to wait cuz he’s an online order from earlier. Makes 3 sandwiches. Then tells me he has another online order, I’m like uhhh okay fine. Dude tells me he has one last one and l that’s when I had itI get it, he’s solo and I’m sure he’s been told by management (hopefully not the case) to prioritize online orders. But this is flat out ridiculous. Although I had waited for long time, I left and went to the subway on lone tree and deer valley. Super fast and way better!

These owners/workers not friendly, don't say HI, no personality fir customers.....this place with its workers will have you leaving miserable like they are, if you don't like your business then why did you buy ????.....AND THEY DO NOT HONOR ANY PROMOTION DISCOUNTS FROM MAILERS OR COMMERCIALS, DRIVE DOWN AND GO TO ANOTHER SUBWAY !!!!I believe all the negative reviews they are all similar. Don't know who Maria is but if you throw a sandwich to me and don't say Thank You then you are straight Antioch ghetto garbage......

I had a great experience every time with the lady Maria, and i also had experience costumers been rude to the employees we tent to complaining about customer service and we forget that they provide a services they are not ours servant's thank you Maria. .

I came in to pick up an online order, when I walked to the counter the employee at the counter ignored me and walked to the back. I wasn’t greeted or anything I greeted her and told her I was there to pick up my order. She got my order and threw it on the counter and walked away. I didn’t get a thank you or have a good day so I said thank you to her and I didn’t get a response.This was my first and last time visiting this location.

This Subway does not take coupons that are mailed to you or any coupons. They are very rude and not friendly. Very unprofessional and they're not listed on the Better Business Bureau like the other Subway places. I think it's fraud and there illegal doing bad business. Don't spend your money here They lie to you.
Ordered online went to pick up. She refused to make my sandwich because she was the only employee working. Mind you there was only one other costumer in the store. I told her I already paid. She said I don't care call my manager to figure it out the number is on the counter. So I did to get my money back. The manager used all kinds of excuses and then told me she would call me back still no way of getting my money. When she called me back, she said she was going to have another store void my transaction, and then proceeded to say that the business is hard and they're not making money. I proceeded to tell her that no wonder you're not making money you're not excepting online orders and then hung up. I wouldn't even give her one out of five star rating.

2nd time I go in there and it closed mid day with a sign on the door that says we will be back by 3:40 and a rude Latin lady comes walking from the dollar store next door with some bags in hand she told a handicap man that they were closed .My daughter heard her say that they were closed so I went down and asked she had me wait a few minutes then she came in with a attitude and said we closed I asked why she said the system is down I asked why she said I don't know call the owner find out with the greatest attitude I said do you have the number she said no and slammed the door in my face luckily I recorded it doing it because this is not the 1st time this had happened to me

Omg the young lady was very friendly and nice . And patently waiting as I was calling home to see what my grandson's wanted on there sandwiches. she made me the best sandwich I've ever had at Subway . I know everything is measured but the right amount of oil and vinegar and pepper. So good
