On god these people are so annoying. The manager was literally saying I was harrassing him because he wouldn't give me my correct drink. My sandwich was charged for double bacon and I got one slice lmao. Wish there was more I could do than leave a bad review cause Jesus Christ these people literally make me hate the world

The young lady that helped me was extremely rude, extremely stingy with the vegetables and just all around seem like she didn't want to help me. Horrible experience will be switching to Mr Pickles from now on

The manager was rude and disrespectful! I tried to use a gift card that was bent (see picture) from being at the bottom of a gift bag. I just needed him to enter in the number manually, instead he called me a liar saying there was zero balance when in fact the balance was exactly what I said it was (see picture). He accused me of coming in not prepared to pay when he couldn’t enter it correctly. He embarrassed me in front of other customers and my child. I will never give my money to this location ever!
Subway's not the absolute best, but it is good solid food and they always have good solid service. It's quick and it's easy, and it's much much healthier than burgers.

Two Saturdays ago from today - I ordered two 6inch sandwiches. One in particular was the "#20" a Chicken Ranch Bacon ..its the one Warriors player Klay Thompson does a tv spot for. .... Got it home 6min later, the honey wheat bread was sometimes else I didn't order & was extra soft, the whole sandwich was kind of "flat". The meat was lacking and looked like chicken salad slapped between some dry bread, with very little cheese AND two strips of bacon. THE SANDWICH LOOKED NOTHING LIKE ALL THE PICTURES YOU SEE OF IT!!!! ... The sandwich we see says "I'm expensive"...the sandwich you get? Says "find me at the 99 Cents store" .... Also two bags of Chips we bought were all broken small pieces, and the Lemonade was flat af!! Don't they taste-test the sodas etc. to make sure they're mixed properly???!!!Thats why I stopped eating at this place and switched to Togos. I tried to give Subway a chance, they dropped the ball. (The customer service could be better too)

I went to this subway 2 days ago, I got sandwiches for me and the rest of the family. an hour after eating the sandwiches me and my mom started feeling sick have been throwing up and going diarrhea all night. I used to love this place but I don’t know if their food is contaminated. turns out we got food poisoning, after I went to the doctors they told me I got sick from the food. I will never go to this place again. Bad experience ☹️
Needs some improvement on customer service, attender need to smile, she was so serious and made me feel uncomfortable
