Best value for a home cooked style food in our area. The staff is always friendly and helpful.Food: 5/5
A simple diner with pretty good food. Fruit is usually fesher than my refrigerator selection. So thats a plus.4/5 because its a family spot, and whenever I manage to go there is a screaming banshee who shape shifted unto a small child. Or there are other people there, generally speaking i don't like people in general. 10/10 would recommend you try it. Big plates, copious Amounts of food. Good times.
This restaurant is really sad. The inside is old and run down. The chairs are falling apart, the tables and the floor underneath them is dirty. Our food was made by Chef Mic. The staff was complaining about the hours and other staff memebers in front of us. Got a breakfast burrito and the chicken was like biting into an old leather boot. Rubbery and unseasoned. The hashbrowns had literally no flavor and were a greasy gristling mess. This place needs an update with the inside and the staff needs to be re-hired. Our server was nice.
Quickly seated on a sunday for 3 and an infant. Food was delicious, I had a great club sandwich and fries. Drink service was a little lackluster as drinks and utensils were not brought before or with meal. Had to flag down a busser for utensils and drinks. Overall great food for a great price.
My friend and I came for Sunday brunch. We enjoyed our meal immensely. I ordered the taco salad. It was huge and delicious.
The place gives you HUGE plates! Definitely need to go boxes. Food is pretty good and it's a nice little place to go get breakfast or lunch or anything like that. The broccoli cheddar soup is really good!
Wow, what can I say? Sylvia's was wonderful, my first time there and it was really lovely. It has a very homey atmosphere, from the paper menus to the soft murmers or people talking. The waitstaff are so friendly and helpful, really the sweetest people! Now the food. I cannot praise enough! We tried the German potato soup, which was super creamy and thick (thick enough that I could use a fork!) With bits of potatoes and you can really taste the smoky bacon flavor. The dishes are huge (at least for me) and well worth the price. I got the chorizo omelet and had to take it home! The fries and tuna melt were excellent as well. The fries super crisp but still soft inside and the tuna melt not greasy! All in all. A wonderful spot to eat!
The linguiça was not even cooked right the hashbrowns were not cooked right the pancakes did not taste good plus if you want extra Apple juice they charge you they need better creamer instead of having half-and-half I have other creamers for lactose intolerant people and better service
We love it here !!! We have been coming here for years !!! Best place around !! Staff works so hard !!! Hot HOT HOT FOOD !!! COFFEEEEE THE BEST !
This place has been around for quite a while now. I remember coming here over 15 years ago! Things have not changed much since. If you like large portions then this might be the breakfast spot for you. I was full after eating about 1/3 of my breakfast before taking the rest home. They are in need of an interior makeover.
We love the food here. Really big portions, I never finish in one sitting. Only thing that sucks is they are busy but you gotta expect that with the prices and flavors. O yea thanks to the pandemic their vendor who supplied the country potatoes is no more so hash browns are the only option which isn't my personal fave
The food had always been good and served quickly however once got the Pancakes cut into them, it was very raw in middle an then Pancakes had a weird unpleasant smell to them as if was a bucket of old dish water smelled like mildew, it was very weird. My appetite quickly stopped because of the smell coming from the Pancakes, I try to eat my other breakfast, my eggs and potatoes bacon but this Pancakes experience, I don't plan to return just was gross for me. Didn't even mention anything because I won't return since I had a raw cooked pancake, know mistakes do happen but I don't want to take the risk of getting sick from anything else that might not be cooked properly.
4/21/22The Corned Beef Hash was back on the Daily Specials Menu this week! Delicious homemade Corned Beef, scrambled eggs and Hash Browns!Today's special, Deb's wrap and creamy chicken and mushroom soup was a great choice for lunch today!I had the "Carl's" omelette with a huge pancake and toast. Delicious and generous portions!
Great good, friendly waitress. My daughter said the fries were the best she's ever had!
