The Chip and cheese is only a dollar and you can't beat the cheap vegan options here on the cravings menu . saves me during the hard times in life , paying bills and such.

I have never been so annoyed eating at a fast food place in my entire life. What on earth possessed the workers to blast their music so loud??? I can't even eat my Crunchwrap without having to hear the loudest music I've ever heard besides a club!! Is there any reason that this is even happening at a Taco Bell? I don't see how this is appropriate for workers to be playing music so loudly that customers can hear it at the volume I had to suffer through today. Show some respect to customers and ensure that this doesn't continue it's so rude and obnoxious. I wish I could give zero stars.

You know, if you are going to ask at the drive through what sauce you want, and then you don't put any in the bag, why bother asking? It's getting to the point you need to hold up the line and check everything closely in the bag to ensure they didn't forget something.

I was in line for 22 mnts. I ordered a Crunch Wrap no tomatoes substitute the meat w/beans. They gave me Crunch Wrap extra tomatoes. I tried calling & it's a fax number.

I only offer good reviews until now and this place was given enough chances to see if they do better, but nothing has changed since they opened last year. Sad. I've been to a lot of Taco Bells in 40 years and I love Taco Bell but this one is by far the worst. I thought the one on Brentwood Blvd was bad but this one takes it to another awful level. In addition to all the mix ups with the food order and missing items, I'm not sure what is up with just a regular taco. By the time I get it home ten minutes later it's inedible and soggy plus the amount of hamburger meat is about a teaspoon. Same with ordering a burrito and requesting and paying for additional meat. Rip off. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Went through the drive through last night around 12am with a pretty big order... The big heavy set older Hispanic woman taking my order was on the phone while she was literally taking my order at the speaker so when I get up to the window to pay for my order it takes her almost 3 WHOLE MINUTES just to open the window because she was talking on her phone right infront of me. I ask to speak to a manager and to my surprise, she was the manager. I asked her name and she told me her name was Silvia. After she takes my payment she continues her conversation on her cell phone RIGHT INFRONT OF ME. This is absolutely ridiculous and some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After she handed my food to me (took about 10 minutes) she didn't put any sauce in my bag and I asked for plenty of mild sauce since I had a big order. So I sat there waiting for her to look up from her cell phone to notice I was still at the window so I could ask for some sauce. So when she finally looks up at me from her phone she ignored me and walked away. I don't understand how this company has this woman working as a MANAGER to represent their business. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 51 years of living. I will be trying to get into contact with somebody higher up about this extremely rude and unprofessional woman, Silvia. I have managed a business for 30 years and I would NEVER treat my customers with such disrespect and disgrace. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Literally just got food from this location and all of our tacos were literally frozen like ice cold and the people were giving hella attitude because we wanted out money back. it's is ridiculous that is how people get food poising. i wish i could give this a zero star.

Omg how do these people have a job here. Got my order wrong three times, double charged me, couldn't figure out the card machine, took 15 minutes in drive through to leave empty handed and double charged, these are the workers who want a higher minimum wage they need to have more then middle school education to get that, they need to be demoted to picking up trash

Ordered our breakfast at Taco Bell Lone Tree this morning and and the server was pleasant and kind . The bag was wrapped nicely and the same with the tacos inside. The server gave us hot sauce that’s enough with our chalupas. Moreover my husband and I enjoyed the Hot Chicken Chalupas that made us satisfiedI give This Taco Bell 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I usually go To the Taco Bell in Brentwood however the line is always so long. Was out in Antioch and decided to go to the Taco Bell on laundry way and there was no line at all. I think I know why. My quesadilla was a mess. I was really surprised that they would even put it in the bag like that. Very disappointed.
