I Had a piece of hair in my food as soon as I bit into my sandwich!! It was wrapped inside the meat and cheese . Went right back up there as soon as it happened.. they apologized and made us another sandwich which was nice would’ve preferred a refund. got the new sandwich and the bread wasn’t fresh and the cheese wasn’t melted …disgusting! food was $50 not worth it for all of that.

Was not allowed to use bathroom while in The restaurant even though I just purchased over $100 worth of food for my team . Worker stated bathrooms were cleaned already for the day and didn’t want to clean again before which makes no to deny customer use of restroom during operating hours

I own my own company. I don't do reviews unless there great. I know the ramifications. Food here is fantastic. I can't do the peppers anymore. It wont kill me or anything, but with my meds it can ruin a meal. At $34 for a sandwich and salad to go i just want it right. No peppers! Had extra peppers on both, but no onions. Today i started trying to place an order an hour before lunch. No answer. Got through an d was on hold 5 minutes and no one came back. Had Wendy's

I have been going here for years and for the last year this place has been going through inflation or something the vegetables are not sliced enough I have big chunks of onion and pepper in my sandwich the size of the sandwich is quite small and not worth the price at all.The meat is very skimpy and doesnt even fill the bread. The meat is very tough like it’s old. This sandwich is not fresh at all taste like it was put in air fryer.It feels like they are going out of business or something I won’t be going here anymore. I’m sick of it
Reviews are right! I've been to most of the cheesesteak shops in the chain throughout california and this one has the best service. They are nice, prepare the food well, and package it with care. It's noticeably different than the others. Great job guys, you are now my favorite in the chain (it was sunnyvale for a long time)

I had eaten at their Walnut Creek shop for years, they were first in the area, when I went to Philadelphia I stopped at a Cheese Steak place, it was exactly the same as out here. The Pittsburg shop is a regular stop for me and my wife.
