I ordered two combos what's a sandwich chips and drink and I was charged almost $40 because he didn't make them the combo he charged me all the cart for everything and the chips and drinks by themselves cost $14 which is unbelievable but on top of that I got regular Lay's chips I was charged for The gourmet jalapeno chips all in all I just felt like he hustled me and maybe kept the money from the chips and drink somehow

Went here to get a sandwich to go and when I walked in no one was around. I had to yell for someone to come out multiple times. Once the guy came out he was very rude like I was interrupting him. I told him I had a sandwich to go and he threw it on the counter. He was covered in hickies all over his neck. It was extremely disgusting and thatâs not something you want to see when youâre in a restaurant. Very unprofessional, gross and definitely made my stomach turn. After that, I completely lost my appetite. This isnât the first time Iâve encountered someone at this location covered with hickies all over their neck. These employees always look very dirty and really donât care how they look. The sandwich wasnât the best. Iâve never had an issue like this with their food but I definitely wonât be ordering from this location again!! Do better Togoâs!! Hire people who actually present themselves in a professional mannerâŠ

This place is so much better than Ike's or Subway. I'm ready for another sandwich. I'll return again and again for sure. Thank you!

I went in to order my usual sandwich, the manager then came in and decided to make mine, her name was Janene. The sandwich was horrible and she didnât even wash her hands. I saw her sweep the lobby beforehand. Janene then proceeded to cough onto my sandwich while making eye contact with me. Worst service ever donât eat there!!! They also treat their employees poorly and she should face consequences!!!

I'm always rushed to push me out the door. Like today. And I was the only one in there. I had three sandwiches. She didn't write anything down and all 3 sandwiches were wrong. When I gave her my reward coupon she said it was for online order only and it wouldn't be accepted. My coupon doesn't say online only. I told her I've used my rewards here before. Was adamant about it being online. And once I was visibly upset that's when she asked for my phone number. Sure enough it popped up and my coupon was honored. Then get all somber when I don't tip. Got all the way home and all my sandwiches were wrong...
