The saving grace of this location is the freshness of the food - I’m sure the same would have been true of the 10 chicken nuggets I did not receive with my Wednesday meal (I also did not receive the right flavors of Frosty but was willing to let that go). From the start, the service was questionable, and I don’t appreciate being asked to back up from the drive through window to reset the timer. Upon arriving home to realize we were missing a part of our order, I called and would have had no issue returning to pick them up. I was told there was no way it was left out and they packed everything. When my partner also called , she was hung up on. The third time we tried to call, they refused to answer the phone. I’m not trying to scam Wendy’s of their $6 out of the $41 I spend on the order. However, I would have appreciated to have received the everything I paid for but I definitely did not deserve the disrespect I received.

The guy jullian or whatever his name was very disrespectful in drive thru talking to another customer for 10 mins while im waiting behind the car to leave so i can pay for my food me and my girlfriend food . We asked if he can hurry up the line because we were pretty hungry and he refused service and my girl has a disability and just left the hospital and was in pain and hungry and she was tried to tell him and he said he did not care and refused the service and he claim to be a MANAGER ?and we called the corporate on him . I will never come to this restaurant ever again if he not there anymore . Very unacceptable & not good customer service. Super racist

The Wendy’s at this Location Is extremely racist towards African-Americans. There’s a lady at the drive-through window that is Hispanic that made me back my vehicle all The way behind the window after she took my payment due to racial profile. Go to this location every day for the last 12 years and since I have a red hoodie on, I was racially profiled by Hispanic woman with a ponytail. Please do not give this Wendy’s service. I will have the silver rights attorneys reach out to this location for this situation.

My food was undercooked… I did experience disrespected and racial bias from Kevin, The Restaurant Lead. Another employee (Maria) did encourage him to stop he eventually walked out but it was hecka disrespectful words said. It made me very very sad and angry too! I even later had thoughts of hurting him and myself!

good Wendy's location, especially since it's a few blocks from where I live. however, it gets crowded with kids from school most of the time (usually at around 2-3 PM). from my experience, they might hold the line up sometimes, and it's pretty frustrating, especially since I had to wait 30 minutes in line once. otherwise, the food is always good, but please come at the right time.
