Worst customer service I placed the order for teriyaki chicken and steam rice and they charged me double I called them to add on my order only and the cashier who took the order didn’t understand and when I called them to ask for refund they didn’t want to I was at work and they told me bring the food than they can refund I told them I bring it next morning and the manager was so rude and he hang up the phone very poor service

Service is ok. I don't think they have dine in. Food is pretty good. The katsu sauce is pretty watery wish it was thicker. It is a better option for Hawaiian bbq cause L&L in Antioch is racist and the people are rude.

Food is always yummy! Guess they're living up to the name, lol. Fresh and hot to order. Today I tried their low carb shrimp plate & was pleasantly pleased- so good! I even liked the brown rice & I'm picky about my brown rice. Service is friendly and efficient. Ambiance is straight mom & pop shop feels. Makes you feel like you're in d islands brah. Prayers up for Maui.. support this local business!

I was a bit hesitant to write this review, the food is good, great portion & reasonable prices, they only have to go, so place your order on door dash , or phone, not sure if they offer online. The restaurant is not much to see , is outdated and at first sight looks scary :D but do not fear is good :D

Very great food. You want some teriyaki chicken that will blow you away this is the place. All dishes they have made for us have been excellent. The guys know what they're doing. The atmosphere is small and not a dine in place but everything is worth waiting for.
Food was just ok. The macaroni was watered down. The orders were wrong. We ordered the seafood combo and got the aloha on 2 of the orders. Likely won't go back.
