Saturday Prime Rib special is really delicious and reasonably priced. King or Queen cut, baked potato, veggies with all the trimmings.

This small restaurant is a nice addition to the community with a decent menu, most items taste good, and the service is adequate most of the time. We have eaten in the restaurant and ordered take out over a dozen times and continue to come back because of the consistency of quality. Of special note are the Pozole and the Waygu Burgers. Service is mostly friendly when not super busy. Only negative would be the high prices, but seems to be par for the course for all restaurants these days. Ribbonwood Grill is a safe bet.

I had such an amazing brunch with a friend at Ribbonwood Grill! The biscuits and gravy are amazing. Plus, the service was top notch, nice ambiance and very friendly staff. I'm definitely coming back!

We love getting away from the hot desert , we always come to the ribbonwood because we know the food is always going to be delicious, the drinks are delicious and the waitresses are always so kind to us ! Can't wait for the turkey dinner to come back to the menu hopefully ??? that one was my favorite and the Pozole tastes

Sunday Brunch was great! The buffet options were good and the French toast was perfect!! Service was a little inattentive, because they were busy, but the mimosas and food were great! The atmosphere was warm and dim, just the way I enjoy!

Passing through we stopped for a quick meal, serviced by Jessica.Greeted quickly by a host, sat right away even though it was half full.Server came quickly to get drinks and order, she offered suggestions.Th steak and eggs were great, and a good value.Grounds of casino were clean, plenty of staff throughout. Parking was easy.
Service was extremely slow. Food was cold. Pancakes tasted like sourdough. FOOD IS NOT GOOD. The glasses are clean because the water tastes like soap. Next time we’ll just drive all the way in to Temecula.

Closes too early. It’s a casino. Should be open at least until midnight but most casino diners are 24hrs . I would have played in the casino longer but there’s nowhere to eat after 9pm

I recently dined at The Ribbon Wood Grill and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the warm and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant. The decor was tasteful and modern, creating a comfortable and relaxed ambiance.But what really made my experience memorable was the exceptional service provided by Benjamin. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. He made excellent recommendations from the menu and was always available to answer any questions I had.The food was also outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite, and the attention to detail in the preparation was impressive.Overall, I cannot recommend The Ribbon Wood Grill highly enough. The combination of excellent food and exceptional service makes for a truly unforgettable dining experience. And a special shoutout to Benjamin for his stellar work - he truly made my visit one to remember.

Arrived at 11:52 am. Going to get a to go order for lunch. The kid at the register told me he couldn't take our order until 12:00. I told him we will sit and my wife ordered coffee while we waited! The kid told me he will have charge us for the coffee! I looked at him and said I don't want anything for free put it on the bill!At that time about 11:55 the phone rings and now he is taking a huge phone order for LUNCH! The kid takes the phone order and ran it to the back. A little after 12:00 the kid comes back to our table with no pad or book to write our order. I told him I had several orders to go so please get something to write on. He mumbles while walking to register. I ordered Santa Fe chicken with steak fries. I ordered 4 pc Fried Chicken mash and veggies. I also ordered Chili Relleno with beans and rice.2 slices of cheese cake and carrot cake. Now it's 12:15. It's not busy at all maybe 2 couples at tables and a group of employees at the back table. Now a bunch of people are entering and now I'm noticing people that came after us getting their food! That huge phone order that the kid was on the phone at 11:55. There goes her 2 bags to her standing at the front. Now it's about 20 minutes later and I noticed EVERYONE in the restaurant has their food! I asked a waitress to get the Manager. After another 10 minutes he finally comes out! Can I help you sir he says! I told him look at every table in here! They have food! I was here before your large phone order at 11:55 and most everyone in here. Where is my food! He apologized and said let me look to see. Then the bill! The kid that didn't need a pad or pen to take our order charges me for 2 coffees. He now wants my card back to refund the money. I told him I'm not going to give him my Chase Card as I travel out of the country and they will cancel the transaction for possible fraud. So they gave me a tart instead which was more but not worth it.Finally got the food!Got to my moms house 5 minutes away! My fried chicken was disgusting like it was a frozen dinner my wife's Chili Relleno was a complete disaster. The sandwich my mom ordered was very dry. The Relleno went in the trash with the beans and rice. The chicken also found its way there too. We pretty much ate the 2 cheese cakes and carrot cake for lunch which were not bad. During this time a party of 3 came and sat at the table next to us! Some more of them came and now needed a table for 6. Now I'm looking at the same kid getting upset by his looks. The kid goes across the room to the other side to clean off a table for the 6 people. The kid moves the table and knocks something off the table then gets mad and throws the chair. I couldn't believe this. If the management wants to view the video to see for yourself.
