My husband and I have been eating here for probably 15 years, and it is the BEST Baja Taco in the desert. Our favorite item on the menu is the Muchos Nachos with Steak. I also am a huge fan of their shredded beef crispy tacos, although the entire menu is great. Their salsa is always super fresh as well. They also offer catering, and our guests always enjoy it! The staff and owners are always so kind, helpful, and welcoming. Always striving to give their customers the best possible experience.

I've been a customer at Alazanes, bravo burger and Albertos, this place was really good, on price and flavor. They're having taco Tuesday everyday, so tacos are $2 each, and worth it IMO. I'll be back for more tacos and carne asada fries.

The Al Pastor taco reminded me of Korean Pork Bulgogi (Korean marinated pork BBQ) in flavor. The meat wasn't cut in strips, but rather small, cube-like chunks (similar to the little diced radish side dish you get at a Japanese sushi place), which was an interesting change. The Steak Taco had a fantastic smoky/char-grilled flavor. It was definitely a step above the typical street tacos or restaurant tacos I've had before.
I took the burrito home for my wife, and it was generously packed with meat. My wife ate one-third and I finished the rest later—it was more than enough, easily enough for two people to feel full.
It was my first time visiting the shop, and I noticed they had a separate menu section for family meals. I recall the prices being quite reasonable (good value for money). Although it wasn't exactly to my personal taste preference, customers were steadily coming in for dine-in and takeout. Oh, and of course, it was Taco Tuesday!

The cook was really rude Oct ,11,2025 He made me feel uncomfortable I been going for year's I will not be returning again. I got a steak burrito and the steak was burnt and the salsa was watered down. The prices aren't worth the product it's a waste of your money.. If I could give a 0 I would

The place is good everything is cool but after a long day at work I wanted a good shrimp fajita burrito. And for some damn reason it was filled with beans and that's not what the burrito comes with im so disappointed idk if it's because they were closing or what it was but it even had a burnt frie inside wth.

We have been going here for quite a while. The food has always been good and consistent. The hard shell tacos are really good. Hand made taco shell. Our go to is the family meal number 1. Includes chicken, rice, two things of beans, tortillas, chips and salsa. We usually get the red. Used to be a really really good deal. But as with everything else prices have gone up a lot. It is still not a bad deal. With the containers, it is easy to store leftovers and have for lunch. Service is good. Haven't had anything bad.

When I walked in, I was greeted, and was immediately helped. This place is clean and has very fast service. I took pics of the dining area, but only one section of it. So its a decent size eating area. The menu has a large selection, the food tastes authentic. I ordered a trio breakfast burrito, it has cheese, egg, home fried potatoes chunks, sausage, ham, and bacon. A MASSIVE SIZE BURRITO!! I did give a small tip, and the chef himself served me the food. Delicious tasting! The place a small salsa bar and fountain drinks you serve yourself. 5 stars for their place guys. Gotta come try it. they open at 8 am.
Fantastic food, service and inviting atmosphere... Ez to read menu's!! Salsa from MILD to WILD!! Salsa bar always has FRESH limes, jalapeños, 6 different Salsas, onion/carrot/jalapeño mix... Service has always been A+++!!! THE COOKS KNOW what they are doing as we have yet to have a meal we didn't like.. from quesadillas, torts, tacos, 8-10 different burritos available.. Breakfast burritos served all day!! We luv visiting Baja Tacos and do so everytime we are in Apple Valley!! I would guesstimate, 25-visits and counting.. NEVER DISSAPPOINTS!!!

Best and LARGEST burritos in the area, and I have lived here in the high desert since 79 and tried about every Mexican restaurant and Taco stand in the valley. If you want a great burrito AND you are hungry, give them a try. I have mine delivered, so I have not been in the restaurant; so I can't really give a review of it.

Check if food is cooked well because they cook it half way and I got a torta de lengua and the meat tasted like water had no flavor. And my dad is chief he and picky he wouldn't recommend it to anybody. His food came half cooked.My brother got sick eating food here. My grandma didn't like the food because it wasn't to her expectation
