Tried to go have ice cream on a Friday night, google says store closes at 10pm. Arrived at 9:10pm to find locked doors and wet floors. Hours on the door are an hour off from google. Please update or stay open later in the summer when its 110 outside all day ?

1 star! i WISH i could give it 0! the workers are extremely rude. you can tell they get annoyed when anyone walks in! the shop was dirty. and the employee deep sighed, rolled her eyes and began slamming the blender and equipment when i asked if i could have a milkshake. if you see a blonde girl with glasses i honestly suggest walking right out of the shop or reporting to manager!

My wife and I pulled up just before closing time. The 2 girls inside looked like they were cleaning up. One walked over and locked the door real quick as we approached. She clearly saw us, I tried the door, she walked away ignoring us. Stupid move, we wanted quarts to go. Won't be back.

I love Baskin Robbins ice cream. There is a large variety to choose from and you can sample them first to help you make up your mind. The ice cream cakes are wonderful and you can choose what you want from the freezer case. Ihave always found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the store is always clean with colorful happy decor.

Covid is over why the heck can't you dine in here yet???parents don't wanna take their kids for an ice cream and not be able to eat it there nor do they wanna bring their kids with their messy ice cream into their cars so much for taking your kid out for a treat now this is so ridiculous I will never come here again and until dine in is back open

I ordered my birthday cake from here in February. It was beautiful and so very delicious!! They did an excellent job! I ordered a larger "Box of Chocolates"Heart ❤ cake. White cake with Baseball Nut ice cream. It was delicious! ? My guests loved it❣ Thanks again!!
My birthday cake was ordered 3 days before it was picked up. The cake was nothing like the photo, it was rushed and sloppy. The frosting was so bitter the cake is inedible. I contacted the corporate office via email and was told the message would be forwarded to the AV shop to contact me about this disaster. Nobody has contacted me. They don't care if they waste your hard earned money. This horrible mess cost us $55.00. Happy Birthday to me !!!!!

Awful customer service!!!! Employee threw everything around like she was irritated that we ordered! Actually had to walk to staters to buy hot fudge , cause the hot fudge was cold . Second time we have come here and was treated so rudely! I'll make my own sundaes from now on !

Waited 20 minutes to discover that they were out of chocolate; blenders for the chocolate shakes not working. They ordered an a new ice machine that was delivered and is yet to be installed, Folks as consumers you have reasonable expectations to have your needs met! What you get is corporate indifference and a crappy franchise that never ceases to disappoint
