Had my birthday party here. The service was pretty fast considering we were a group of 10+ and the workers were very friendly. I took the blazing wing challenge and gotta say it's definitely a difficult challenge but I still won. the workers made it fun.

First off I’d like to shout out the whole staff! I go there regularly with my family and friends and we are always treated well. This Buffalo Wild Wings always follows the promos and honors them, going as far as offering free things too. Today for waiting too long on my online order I received free wings and goodies from Pearl and Ty. I loveeee this bdubs and I highly recommend it to anyone who is a fan like me! Keep being awesome you guys❤️

Tried to wait for a table in the dining area but there was no host... Open seating area is a joke we sat down also another couple sat in the area around the same time . 15 minutes go by and not one waiter approached us at either table to take our order . Another group of 4 sitting a couple tables over sat down after us and were getting their orders taken almost immediately. We walked out and went to Applebee's down the street.

Fuel my inspiration

Lack of customer service, no menu except that dumb QR code that just gives you drink options. Employees passed me without offering assistance or just asking if things are good. Walked out after 15 minutes of trying to figure it out.

The environment is way to loud for those that are hearing impaired or have hearing aids. The Mexican music is horrible and doesn't fit with the environment. Service was slower than molasses. Glass of water took 15 minutes to get until I got up and said something and even still it took another 5 minutes or longer to get it. Food was ok but is extremely overpriced.not coming here again. Wings are too expensive..for a place called Buffalo wild wings the night we came they were out of traditional wings.that was pretty sad.

Me and my husband usually like this place because the service and the people are really nice and polite. But today, July 18th 2025, we sat at the bar and this bartender Andrea was very unpleasant and rude. She didn't ask what we'd like to order, ignored us but yet the two guys that sat at the corner of the bar, got treated really well and she even smiled at them and talked to them.

We don't need her to smile at us but at least check on us because we'd like to order some foods and drinks too

Let me start by saying: I don’t typically go out of my way to leave negative reviews. I understand mistakes happen, especially in the food industry — but this experience was so completely mishandled, inconsiderate, and frustrating that it deserves to be called out in full.

I placed a pickup order through DoorDash — a normal, everyday thing that people do with this restaurant all the time. I got the confirmation, everything seemed good to go, and I made the drive 7 miles across town to pick up my food. I have a full schedule, a family to feed, and like most people, I don’t have time to waste. But I figured it would be a quick in-and-out trip. Instead, I got the complete opposite.

When I got to the Buffalo Wild Wings on Dale Evans Parkway in Apple Valley, I walked in expecting to grab my order and head home. But I was met with blank stares and confusion. After waiting for someone to even acknowledge me, I was casually told that my order had been canceled.

Canceled? When? Why? How? I received no notification, no update, no call, no text, not even a message in the DoorDash app. Just absolutely no communication whatsoever.

What’s worse is how the staff handled it — or more accurately, how they didn’t. No apology. No empathy. No attempt to fix the issue. Just a disinterested “Yeah, it got canceled” like it was no big deal. Meanwhile, I’m standing there having wasted my time, my gas, and my evening because this location couldn’t be bothered to communicate a basic order update.

This wasn’t a minor inconvenience. This was a complete breakdown in customer service, professionalism, and basic courtesy. In what world is it okay to cancel someone’s order without notifying them — especially when they’ve already driven a decent distance to pick it up? It’s 2025 — we have apps, phones, emails, push notifications. Use them. There’s no excuse for leaving a customer in the dark like that.

And let me be very clear — this wasn’t a third-party issue. The cancellation came from the restaurant’s end. And if that’s the case, then it’s the restaurant’s responsibility to own that and make it right. Instead, I got brushed off and sent home empty-handed like I was the one causing a problem.

If this location can’t be trusted to handle something as simple as a pickup order — let alone have the decency to inform customers when there’s an issue — then what does that say about how they run the rest of their business?

I won’t be giving this place another chance, and I suggest others think twice before placing any sort of remote order with them. There are plenty of better-run spots in Apple Valley that actually value your time and money.

Buffalo Wild Wings Apple Valley — do better.

Ordered from DoorDash for pick up and was told “we are not processing DoorDash orders at this time due to a glitch!?” My order was confirmed! Why was it not cancelled? I literally had to drive and left empty handed . Horrible customer service avoid this place. ZERO STARS
