I love buffalo wild wings but was extremely disappointed with the service tonight. Our server did not check in on us. We had to track her down several times and our order was wrong. A staff member from the kitchen came out and made it right before our server did. Our server also did not have very good communication skills. We ordered onion rings and had to ask about them after getting our order corrected and she said they might be out. Might. And after tracking her down, yet again, she finally confirmed they were out of onion rings. We were already almost done with our meal. If we ever return to this location, we will make sure she is not our server again. The tip should go to the kitchen staff.

Service was kind of on the slow side, it took forever to get our food. It didn't seem like the place was very busy but the service was kind of slow.

Just trying to get something to eat for me and my boyfriend. Walked in. Nobody greeted us. There was 2 people standing just talking to each other. I walked in further and said “am I just supposed to seat myself?” He’s like ummm well you can sit there(dirty table) I was stunned. Finally he cleans the table we sit down, ALL THE TABLES AROUND US WERE DIRTY. She came to get our drinks before bussing all her tables. HORRIBLE SERVICE. First and LAST time I will ever eat here. You guys really need some new people because what the hell.

Crystal was our server and she did a fantastic job taking care of us. She was very attentive and got us drinks and refills quickly. My wife asked for extra sauce and was given a delightfully full amount of extra sauce. Over all the service was great. The sauces are delicious. The last several times we have been to Buffalo Wild Wings the chicken meat its self has been very dry. Also the carrots are now the pre purchased baby carrots (which feel very cheap) instead of the fresh cut carrot sticks that used make the establishment feel like a high quality place to eat. Crystal’s service was great, sauce is great. Quality of wings and vegetables could use looking at for the high price.

Food was great with good happy hour prices but this one server with blonde hair was extremely rude to me and my girlfriend. I overheard her talking about us to another server and I’m pretty sure I heard her call us some slurs and just gossip pretty obviously about us. It was really uncalled for. I think her name tag said Alice ? Maybe Alicia ?

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. We came to Buffalo Wild Wings for my cousin’s birthday, and the service was extremely disappointing. Our food took a very long time to come out, and when it finally did, they had forgotten our fries. We notified the server, and even then, we still had to wait a long time just to get the missing items.

For spending over $140, we expected at least decent service, but overall it felt like we were being ignored. No apology, no urgency, and definitely not worth the price. Really frustrating experience, especially since it was supposed to be a celebration.

One of top 10% I've been to. Nice, fast, clean, hot food, sufficient lighting, and music but not too loud. The noise always sucks, they were great
