I waiting over 20 mins for my order and the order was wrong. The receipt shows not tomato,onion or lettuce at it had it all. I ordered a large coke the soda does not have and gas and is flat. The lady taking the order is rude.

Overall, it is a very good location. We have always liked Carls Jr. Online order wasn't ready when we got there. But staff acknowledged me and let me know they were working on it. Their burger are very good. Always like the western bacon burgers. Their biscuits sandwiches for breakfast are also good as they make the biscuits fresh. The chocolate cake dessert is also really good. One of my favorite chocolate cakes.

Sat in the Drive-Thru for 5 minutes and nobody took my order. Drove forward to see if maybe the speaker was broken and nobody at the window or anywhere in sight. Drove around to the front and had to go inside to order food. Mention the drive-thru and they said it didn't register my vehicle which doesn't really make any sense because I drive big dually truck so if it can't see a truck there are a bunch of problems. Next I ordered my food to go and literally had a 2-mile drive and upon opening and taking the first bite of my burger it was cold like they didn't even heat it up cold. I could give a pass if it was a very busy time but it was not. I was in line and there was one person behind me in the Drive-Thru and when I went inside nobody else was inside. There is zero excuse for any of what happened. Literally never going back to this one and I would suggest anybody else avoid this one like the plague. On a lighter note the lady that took my order was super nice. But that just isn't enough when you screw up every other part of the experience. 🤦🤦🤦

I sat out front of restaurant to set up my Carl's Jr app account, which I had trouble with. But once set up, I made my order through the app. Confirmation of my order was to be at a certain time. I waited in my car until it was time to pick up my order. I drove around to the window and was immediately told to drive back to the front of the building and they would bring my order out. There was absolutely nobody in the drive thru except me. I hate when places like this make you drive away from the window and park. And always take much longer to get your food to you and sometimes even forget about you. And then when they leave out items you end up having to go inside or go thru the drive thru again. Just so they can have a good service time with customers in the drive thru. It took them 15 minutes to prepare my order at a time when there was no one else in the drive thru. This is uncalled for customer service.
