Menudo is one of the best tasting in all the High Dessert and is cheaper priced than any other place. Only reason for the 4 stars was the time it took to get our menudos was a bit too long. Menudo is something cooked in big batches and should be the first to be ready when the restaurant opens
We absolutely love their salsa! I get a large one to go whenever I go to Chevos. All the food is great. I often get fish tacos and add salsa or tostada and add salsa. My son thinks their asada is the best around. We've been goin there for 10 plus years. Even though staff has changed, the food has the same goodness. I need the recipe for the salsa for when I move away.
Started coming here about 12 years ago and it was fairly consistent the first few years. But since then you never know what you are going to get from one trip to the next.
