Had the pleasure of ordering food with Francesca, who was very patient with me and my order understood what I was asking for would recommend always dealing with her customer service skills are superb.

This chipotle’s quality of ingredients is terrible. I just had a burrito and nothing tastes fresh. Chipotle has amazing food but not this one. Skip this one and travel to the next.

I have been a fan of Chipotle for years now. We arrived at the Apple Valley location right in the middle of dinnertime. This location is the dirtiest location I've ever been to. The lettuce was wilted and brown, the meat was old and stuck to the sides of the containers, the counters were covered in old, rotting food, and the customer service was terrible. Put it this way, we walked right out of there before ordering a thing. It's places like this that give Chipotle a bad name....shame on you.

This chipotle is the worst please to go eat they serve you a little bit of food in the plate and I don't mind paying but serve me my food correct don't be so stingy with the food for that reason I don't recommend this place go to a different chipotle

Not the type to usually leave a bad review or any review at all but I would’ve never come here if I knew how disgusting it is in here. The tables literally reek they smell so bad I can’t eat without gagging and the areas where they serve the food look like they haven’t been wiped down in hours and hours . My group was the only people in here and there were multiple people on staff so I just feel like there’s not an excuse for how absolutely disgusting it was in here. It smells like a sick wet dog

This is the worst location for value. $15 for the brisket burrito and it's the smallest I've gotten in years. Prices keep going up, but the serving is getting smaller.
The brisket was great, I only tasted it in about 4 bites though since I had mostly rice. I'm looking forward to getting it again from another location.
