If I could give this establishment a negative review I would. Went in to order and was not greeted by employees, totally ignored. I tried to use the kiosk which was a total waste of my time. Never did an employee ask to help me. I will not go there again. I gave my business to their competition business because of their lack of customer service.

Husband went in to get breakfast steak egg burrito I got a half cold burrito. Took back in girl at front had ask several questions after me telling her burrito was half cold I could even feel the cold outside of the wrapper. Cheese was no melted she "yes, cause our cheese is really cold." This is not advertised as a cold burrito. She told worker in back to make a steak burrito..I told her.it was light sauce...she then pulled order back up and said he did not order light sauce...my husband ordered thru kiosk...he did not see anywhere to put light sauce so he told who ever was at the counter. This is terrible customer service. I grabbed my cold food and left. There's too many Mexican food places in CA to deal with this.

Unfortunately we live by this location so it's more convenient to come here because every single time I've visited this location on several occasions they mess up my order and always pull out of the drive thru with something missing đ very disappointing especially cause del tacos đź my favorite! Just not this location đ

02/10/2025 Iâm officially done visiting this location!! The fries are disgusting! Even when I ask for âwell done â theyâre cooked in the same fryer at the curros⊠itâs been like this for years⊠food doesnât taste the same as it used to. Horrible quality!

2 stars cause the service was quick but the quality of food was awful. The tortilla of my burrito was stale and the cheese on the chili cheese fries wasn't even melted. Everything was actually pretty disgusting and even smelt questionable. Don't think I'll have any interest to go back to a Del Taco any time soon.

I've been coming here for a while and over the past few months the service and quality have gone down. A couple times when I've paid extra for items, they weren't added or they mixed up my order. Today I walked in and two girls were just standing around chatting and when I came in they ignored me until I walked closer to the counter that's when one girl asked if I needed something. I said I placed an order, they check and then start making it. I placed the order 20 minutes prior to picking it up.

What can I say? Del Taco is one of my absolute go to favs. No matter the location, I don't typically seem to have a bad experience. Very helpful, customer oriented, friendly, and accurate. Very happy.
