Waiting 15 plus minutes for mini quesadilla n chili cheese fries at 1030am. Only 2 other people here and no cars in drive thru. employees standing around talking. Employees were very rude. Very poor customer service. Will not return to location.

Every now and again, we will go here for Taco Tuesday when I'm too tired to cook or just for a quick meal. It is a hit and miss.

So, after arriving inside. There was no greeting. The employees were behind the counter laughing and screaming. Then out of the blue, they yelled at me to use the Kiosk. I said I’d prefer to give you the order. They said use the kiosk.
They were rude and standoffish. I will not use the place again and I would not recommend this place to eat.
The attitudes are definitely rude.

The service is very slow. We had to use the kiosk, which is fine, but we didn’t get our food for another 15 minutes later and I had to stand there and watch and tell them which was my food because they didn’t know. They gave me my food and then I realized I didn’t have my chili cheese fries and I had to tell them that they gave me a dirty look two of them did. And then they made them and I watched the lady make them she was very Haphazard about it just throwing them. She went to put sour cream on the top and the sour cream thing ran out so she just put one little squirt and then put it back. The Service there is ridiculous. One of the ladies every time someone has to use the bathroom has to walk over and open the bathroom doors that takes away from times she could be helping customers or prepping food. I’m fine with using the kiosk unless it becomes ridiculous like it did today because you don’t get a receipt so you have to remember what you ordered and if there’s any question, you have no way of disputing it because the kiosk does not give you a receipt Overall, I would rate our visit a two out of 10.

They do know how to hire and teach people right who work here. I always ordered in the app now. It is so easy to use and can make any customizations with no problems. I came inside to pick up the order. I was greeted promptly with a smile. Told her I had an online order, and she saw it and addressed me by my name. She was working on it right thwn. The food was hot and good. Thank you. I do like their breakfast burritos with their red sauce. It goes good with the eggs.

Good for quick food, and it's newly remodeled with a nicer interior; and everyone works hard here. it would be really cool if the order kiosk would take coupons especially since it has a digital barcode on those coupons but the machine doesn't read them.

If I could give this establishment a negative review I would. Went in to order and was not greeted by employees, totally ignored. I tried to use the kiosk which was a total waste of my time. Never did an employee ask to help me. I will not go there again. I gave my business to their competition business because of their lack of customer service.

Husband went in to get breakfast steak egg burrito I got a half cold burrito. Took back in girl at front had ask several questions after me telling her burrito was half cold I could even feel the cold outside of the wrapper. Cheese was no melted she "yes, cause our cheese is really cold." This is not advertised as a cold burrito. She told worker in back to make a steak burrito..I told her.it was light sauce...she then pulled order back up and said he did not order light sauce...my husband ordered thru kiosk...he did not see anywhere to put light sauce so he told who ever was at the counter. This is terrible customer service. I grabbed my cold food and left. There's too many Mexican food places in CA to deal with this.

Bummer will not return.. spent $12..for all meat flat burrito.. HORRIBLE hardly any meat and OLD TORTILLA. NASTY...

I refuse to use the kiosk and waste 10 minutes of my time trying to figure it out. I'm met with resistance and a big attitude every time I refuse to use it. Just help to people the way they want to be helped!
