Horrible experience. Came for dinner went to drive through and no answer. Pulled up to window nothing. Call and someone says yeah we're open you can do drive thru or dine in. So I pull in and go inside only for no one to greet me or take my order. I had to ask for assistance when told to place a order I start and just as im about to pay im assuming the manager comes to tell me the fryers are down so nothing could be made. You'd think if 3 grown adults are to be in charge of operating the business that communication would be common sense. Think we could do better

Decided to give this location another try again after work, 1am. Again it has failed me. No eggs because they are cleaning the grill. I said why do I constantly have this problem at this location? She explained about cleaning the grill. I told that when I had talked to the manager before, he said they're supposed to have eggs made and put aside while they're cleaning. She went quiet and said nothing else. I told her never-ending and I backed out of the drive thru. Im done with this location. Sorry, I tried, but three strikes, your out.

Garbage service. You would think since they don’t physically take orders anymore. All is done via kiosk. They were told the ice was empty yet nobody acted on it. Fast food is a thing of the past. You can’t get food an earlier than 20-30 minutes after you order. These people make more money than ever yet they seemingly do less work than ever.

When u ask for fish tacos u expect lemon that I can avoid squeez they were the size of a cats nail . I go show them & tell them . They laugh it off then go to the back brings me lemons for about four people
