placed a mobile order and waited an extra 10 mins and then went in line, and i noticed that when i pulled into the drive thru the employees were just standing outside smoking and not even working on the order. and i STILL got parked afterwards, waited atleast 25 minutes for a mobile order. and on top of it all they were extremely rude🤦🏻♀️

The drive thru speaker definitely needs to be fixed or replaced; the workers can’t hear the customers and vice versa. I used to work at a drive thru with a bad speaker and I know how headache-inducing it is to deal with that all day. Management — please care enough about your workers to harass corporate about it. Fellow customers — please bother corporate about it, not the workers.

Late night pregnancy snack ruined. Wish I could give zero stars. Never order delivery with them ever. Me being pregnant I got such a craving for chilli fries and was so excited to order. When my food arrived my chilli fries were so undercooked the cheese wasn't melted and when I bit into the fry it was soggy uncooked and cold 😔🤢 do you know what something like that will do to a pregnant woman?😭 The rest of my order was cold as well. I'm so upset craving ruined and still hungry over here. You guys suck

Today I stopped by Del Taco to grab a $9 box and wow the service was so quick, by the time I found a seat the young lady was calling my order. Hats off to the woman working the kitchen! Great service, fast preparation and Cool place to chill and have a bite👍

Fish tacos cold and disgusting Shells were old and cold, no flavor. Took it back inside for a replacement. The replacement was just as bad. We won't be back. Burnt over cooked fish too. Who owns this place?

It would be nice if they read back your order in the Drive-Thru sometimes it's a hit and miss they get it right or they don't
This location isn't very good anymore go to Navajo or 7th Street instead. This location consistently gets orders wrong, only fills up a LARGE fry order halfways and usually soggy or even cold sometimes. The kiosk inside is just there to try and upsell you on stuff no one wants and the workers will have attitude if you try to have them take your order, and you can't make any customizations on the kiosks. I'd only recommend going to this location if it is really late night and the other ones are closed.

I had to deliver for uber eats and 1) food was not ready, 2) they never told me whe it was finally ready, I had to guess! and 3) the order was incomplete (half of it was missing)!!!

My entire order was absolutely disgusting, the taco shells were old and had a weird taste, I almost threw up. I paid 1.50 for two little small cups a pico de Gallo and it was mainly tomatoes and cilantro, there were barely any onions if any at all. It didn't even taste like Pico. The fries were fresh but over cooked, so they were hard and had no salt. I stopped going to this del taco for the same reason with the shells being old and I decided to give them a chance tonight but I won't be going back. I spent over $20 and didn't eat one thing.
