The worst Del Taco I have ever been too. Went here for lunch today and I have a few food allergies so I'm extremely careful what I order and check my food to ensure my allergans are not on my food. Today one of my allergens appeared on my food despite it not being an ingredient. When I went up to the counter to get my food remade the managers exact words to me were oh the tomatoes & jalapeños sometimes get mixed into the other ingredient containers. This is unacceptable, since food safety involves ensuring no cross contamination happens. She openly admitted to cross contamination and as such I will not return to this location.

Why is my Cali Epic Asada Burrito just a fry burrito with sour cream? Sprite tasted watered down, fries were old and unsalted. The fish tacos were given to us WET. The entire bag was wet! Paid $30 for terrible food. This place needs a new manager if these problems happen at lunchtime.

Manager always has an attitude or in a rush. Today I gave a coupon buy 1 burrito get 1 free gave her my card and still got charged full price. When I ask she says yes shows me the coupon I said it charged me full price can I have a receipt she gets it and I see she voided the coupon and applied a senior discount. Every time I go there I'm always disappointed. Food was also terrible.

So lately I have been going to different del tacos around the high desert, my boss really likes it. Most of the del tacos have poor cleaning. The bathrooms are dirty, the tables are dirty, and in some cases the floor is utterly filthy. The services about what you'd expect from a fast food restaurant. Now the del Taco in the Target shopping center across from the Walmart shopping center, there they were much more cleaner and the service was a little bit more pleasant because of one young man. So I did take a moment to give him some praise for his job performance. As always, if you choose to choose del Taco for a quick taco, I do hope that your experience is better than mine. Thank you.
