Just left this place, i waited 10 mins for a highchair for my daughter, then the server walked away didnt ask us for drinks or appetizers, after 10 more minutes of waiting me and my family got up and left after 20+ mins in total and no service received at all. red robin will be receiving our money tonight instead.

Had the country fried steak with Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes as a side, mashed potatoes seemed runny but I still gave them a try. Worst mistake of my life, I immediately gagged and struggled to swallow them. Tastes like rotten milk and has the consistency of warm apple sauce. Completely lost my appetite and when it was brought up to the waitress she mentioned that she’s heard that a lot…. Excuse me? She offered to replace them but at this point I was so over their food that I just wanted to leave. Even when asking to be refunded for just the potatoes the atmosphere was awkward and we didn’t get a Sorry until we completely paid.

My father and I visited this location today and the food was horrible. I guess they switched to powder eggs for the scrambled eggs and omelets. They were tough and flavorless. These type of things should be disclosed on the menu. I know eggs are expensive right now, but if I knew they were serving powdered eggs I would have left. Disgusting!

I have been coming here since it was built. Consistent service and food quality. However lately the last few times the boom box the cooks bring in and listen to in the kitchen playing the circus music has been louder than the atmosphere dining room music. Very distracting and annoying. Get it together manager.

I really i'm torn about this review. I stopped in on the evening of thanksgiving. About six thirty. I was greeted right away and seated. The service was great, very prompt. I mean, you really couldn't ask for much. The waitresses were really covering the place well. I was really enjoying the food. About halfway into my meal, I had to excuse myself to the restroom. I always dine alone so I asked the waitress to please watch my table, and I would be right back. I even left my cell phone. I was only gone a couple of minutes, and when I returned, my table had been bussed, and even my cell phone was gone. I was quite disappointed, and to say the least, I was upset. I kept my cool, located my cell phone, paid my bill, and left. I would say all of the wait staff was aware of what had happened. My waitress offered me a piece of pie, I declined. Sorry for the long review, by all means. Visit the place, enjoy the food but don't leave your table.

Cook seemed like he needs to sleep a few hours.I was going to get a grand slam but lost my appetite after hearing his political rant.No way was i going to eat anything there!!! I should have walked out the very second the cook was frothing at the mouth and I had to pay 4.30 or something cents for my coffee. What a horrible experience I will never go to a dennys again it is not an all American restaurant not to me anymore.Waitress should of let me have the coffee I guess they need the money.I work hard for mine ,I don't get to where fancy jewelry or watches at my work.I WORK FOR A LIVING THE ONE THAT COMES IN AND JUST WANTS BREAKFAST.

Ordered online, placed order on the dennys app inputing the location of choice on hwy 18, when time to pay, the app required signing up. After completion I was directed back to my original cart. Order was placed at 5:01 pm, I noticed the Bear Valley location was listed. I called the Bear Valley location at 5:03pm, the gentleman said he could not reverse the order. It is impossible and improbable the order had began to be cooked. I called and spoke to Cynthia after several days of not being able to get the manager for many reasons, she stated the food had been cooked and therefore she could not issue a refund. I hope she really enjoys the 50 dollar one time purchase because I will never patronize this establishment or recommend it to anyone. It is a franchise location so feel free to eat at every other dennys besides this one on Bear Valley in Apple Valley.
