I don't know what's happened to EPL! They were the best and our go to place for lunch and dinner when opting to eat out. But maybe the greed and price-gouging finally got to them too!! Their food is horrible and for that you get much smaller portions!! Definitely not going there anymore!! Cannot not recommend at this time!

Food is really good depends on the chef. The service is great abnor is the best manager great attitude. Bertha is very sassy I get scared when she takes my order. Summer Christy and this other tall guy forgot his name but they are very polite everyday I go inside to everyone Bertha makes her workers uncomfortable I also feel it when I go. She forgets something Everytime I order.

This is what's a good choice and can be healthy if you choose the right items. Years back my dad lost 40 pounds walking to his local El Pollo loco and ordering a 2 piece along with riding a stationary bike. Impressive. Good food too.

Double chicken tostada salad missing most of the chicken and the avocado I was charged for. Step it up Pollo Loco, why charge for items not included. What a rip off.
I ordered a double chicken Tosta salad with no salsa Fresca and no beans. Unfortunately, there were beans and no cilantro dressing or salsa, and I had to drive the 5 miles to get my order corrected, and they still didn't get it right! This time, there was some salsa Fresca on it.
Double Chicken Bowl... last down, the BEST! Chicken, beans, rice, lettuce, tomato, sour cream and salsa! I'm be back! ??
