Some of the worst service in the high desert. They never seem to get an order right and always have an excuse about it. I now ask at the intercom for everything I want and they still mess up the orders on a regular basis and always try to blame the customer.

I came to the drive through at 8pm on Friday and they were closed??? I have been coming to this location for years past 8pm and all of a sudden they are closed before 8pm with no explanation? Yeah that was my last straw with this location the environment and the staff have gone down so much in the past few years and I just can’t take their horrible attitudes and poor service anymore

Waited at least 45 minutes inside for my order to go. Watched at least 7 people that came in after me get there orders first. Finally got my order and it was the most sad double chicken salad I've ever seen. Literally had like 4 small pieces of chicken. Never coming to this one again

I've been coming to this EPL for over two years, ever since I moved into the area. At first they did me wrong at the drive thru a couple of times, but I didn't complain or post a review. I want to clarify that I mostly use their drive thru, and since the first few visits the drive thru has gotten much better. Fast forward to a couple of nights ago when I went inside to order and eat my food in there. First off, when you're in line to place an order they ignore you for quite a while. And this is based on the fact that I had gone in there one time before and they did the same thing to me. A while by the way is around 4 to 5 mins, with no one else in line. But that's only the beginning. The place was dirty as hell. The tables were discussing, the floor was oily and sticky throughout. The tray they served my on was disgustingly sticky and oily on the top and the bottom. Then I go back two days later to the drive thru. Only because my mother wanted a half chicken from there. Well the young lady at the drive thru, who took my order gives me a total of $20 and some change. Which I immediately contested because I buy that half chicken for my mother pretty regularly. Anyway she said OOPS that's right, it's only half a chicken. Pull up to the window and I'll give you the right amount. When I get there she says it'll be $13 and change, which was still wrong. I asked her if the price went up, and she said OMG why isn't it giving me the correct total? She eventually got it right, but if I didn't say anything she would've charged me the $20 plus dollars guaranteed. Anyway, if you're reading this, I think you get the point by now. Oh yeah, when I first got to the window she tried to give me two separate orders, neither of which was mine. I think I'm gonna have to change EPL's and go further from home. I should've taken pics, which I usually do.

I love ❤️ 😍 💖 this location. But, 🤔🤔sometimes the beans their pinto beans and the fresh salsa, are not fresh 🥲🥲 their is a slight taste of it spoiling 🤢🤮🤢🤮and the chicken which most of the time is fresh , but a little too dry, 😐😑. Aside from that, it's good for quick stop. Hopefully, management will better 🙏 the quality of these items.
Horrible experience!!! I tried ordering online and the app was not letting me drive to the store the line was ridiculously long when I finally got to the speaker I waited 10 min just for someone to answer I ordered the biggest family meal and I told the lady Griselda that my app was acting up and I had a $10 off coupon and she was extremely rude and told me she has no idea had to work the app and slammed the window on me and then I asked for extra salsa and she told me she couldn’t give me any when i literally ordered the biggest thing off the menu I’m such a loyal customer and this experience has made me not want to ever return !! Oh and all the workers were speaking bad about other customers and laughing about them completely disgusting behavior
