Horrible experience!!! I tried ordering online and the app was not letting me drive to the store the line was ridiculously long when I finally got to the speaker I waited 10 min just for someone to answer I ordered the biggest family meal and I told the lady Griselda that my app was acting up and I had a $10 off coupon and she was extremely rude and told me she has no idea had to work the app and slammed the window on me and then I asked for extra salsa and she told me she couldn’t give me any when i literally ordered the biggest thing off the menu I’m such a loyal customer and this experience has made me not want to ever return !! Oh and all the workers were speaking bad about other customers and laughing about them completely disgusting behavior

If you're in Apple valley and you want El Pollo loco you're better off going to the one on Apple valley boulevard and highway 18 or Happy trails I've recently gone twice to the one on Bear valley and Apple valley road. The first time I went my quesadilla was not good it was falling apart and didn't even taste right. I went back again today and this time ordered $40 of food and got no forks or napkins. I went back for utensils and got four napkins and four forks. I guess if you get $40 of food you get four napkins for your whole family. I will avoid this El Pollo loco in the future.

I’m 76 years old, I have lived and seen many things but never customer service like the one I received this morning at around 11 am by this bright young lady Victoria, I asked to speak with her manager to tell her about how outstanding Victoria’s customer service was and I was saddened to not see her give Victoria any words of recognition, I’m now here hoping this gets to the right people to ensure this young lady is being recognized and being taken care of. I hope Victoria knows the value she brings to this restaurant and is being paid accordingly. She was so attentive, kind, genuine, and just beyond helpful in any and all aspects. She absolutely made my day and I can only hope I keep encountering her during my visits

We should have just eaten in tonight 😭. First they messed up our order and the girl apologized and said she will get us our remaining food and throw in some churros so I was like alright cool. So while I waited for my husband to pick up my tacos I was telling my toddler to eat his tacos but he kept saying it was nasty. I was like nooo eat your food! But he completely refused.
So I was like alright I will eat them then and you can have my fresh tacos when Dad gets home. When I started eating the tacos, he was right, they tasted like cleaner or some kind of nasty old or chemical taste. So I threw those tacos away!
My husband came home. We started eating the new tacos and the same thing. The tacos tasted gross or old even the churros that the lady threw in for us. I think it might be the oil. Anyways, this is my documentation in case we all die from food poisoning

Ordered delivery tonight for dinner, when first opening the bag it seemed as though everything was carelessly thrown together ( delivery orders and travel I consider and don't hold it against them as much), however receiving salads that are brown and wilted, burrito with unripe avocado in it, and a chicken bone in my first crunchy taco sum up the reasoning for my 1 star rating, quality has definitely fallen from the last time we got food from this location.
