I’m 76 years old, I have lived and seen many things but never customer service like the one I received this morning at around 11 am by this bright young lady Victoria, I asked to speak with her manager to tell her about how outstanding Victoria’s customer service was and I was saddened to not see her give Victoria any words of recognition, I’m now here hoping this gets to the right people to ensure this young lady is being recognized and being taken care of. Been to this location over the past few years, its gotten alot busy. I got to give props to the staff for being efficient and friendly. Brenda specifically, was taking and handing out orders on her own and also jumping to the back to make the food at one point. she was fast and friendly. The manager on duty also had a great attitude! The food was great quality will definitely be back!

I don't know what's happened to EPL! They were the best and our go to place for lunch and dinner when opting to eat out. But maybe the greed and price-gouging finally got to them too!! Their food is horrible and for that you get much smaller portions!! Definitely not going there anymore!! Cannot not recommend at this time!
