Not sure what's the issue with this location but this is the second time in here. And the employees ask have the same poor attitude. Extremely rude and abrasive. They act irritated you even come in. Wish you thru your order. Extremely poor service and attitudes. Manager is just as bad as the rest.

On Monday night, around 8:30 pm, I was present when the manager on duty, named Victor, yelled at and reprimanded one of his employees in front of everyone (employees and customers). That was wrong because it's workplace abuse, and the young woman looked visibly nervous and was even crying. I think her name was Iris. That doesn't reflect well on Pollo Loco or its employees.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a chicken guacamole burrito. For some reason, it didn’t taste the way it usually does — normally they’re great. The service was fine, though not especially friendly. There wasn’t anyone else in the drive-thru, so I was helped right away.

It's the first time I have to wait so long for my order... I went to the counter 3 times for them to remember to finish up my order (2 chicken tortillas!!) They gave me courtesy chips, but after request... I know it was packed, but I saw 2 orders who came after mine being served exactly the same dish before I got called. I have to give them that it was very stressful because of some extremely noisy and rude kids that were running around the store and were a nuance... but no excuse for the wait and a lack of proactivity to make things up to me when they finally served me.
Used the drive through. Repeated order at speaker and the man recalled my order. When I received the order it was missing one of two main items. I mentioned it and he added the missing item. No worries. It happens sometimes at drive throughs.

I had someone attack me in El Pollo Loco, and the manager did nothing about it. They actually laughed with the other person, because they were all Hispanic, I believe, and she actually even gave him additional food for free. I would not go to this place. Management is terrible. I actually called the police and filed a police report.

HORRIBLE customer service. The employee at the drive-through window never spoke to me at all. She was taking the order of the person in back of me and she never took the time to greet me nor ask me if I needed anything else. Just took my card, Charged me, Didn’t ask if I wanted salsa, She just handed me the bag with my four items I bought and closed the window. I stay there at the window in the drive-through waiting to see if she would come back. From far away, she said bye I wanted a few more napkins and a cup of water and she never came to the Window. 😡

Dining room was filthy. Had to eat outside couldn't find a single clean table trash all over the floors and food all over the tables. Chicken was very burnt and hard as a rock.
